Wonderful mid-weight jacket - warm in almost all conditions!

My first impression was that it was on the heavy side as I was accustomed to a much lighter coat. However We have spent two weeks in Norway, ending up in Svalbard 7333 And this coat is so warm that I dont need a second layer underneath it. Also love the finish of the material as it seems to repel rain rather than absorb it. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is some tiny feathers that appear at all the seams, but Ive seen that on previous down jackets that I have owned. Next stop Iceland!

Comfortable jacket but the sleeves are very short. I have average length arms for my height and the sleeve ride up a unless I keep my arms at my side. Great looks, but the fit could be a bit better.

I think this might be my new favorite jacket. I got it for the color but I wasnt expecting how unbelievably comfortable it is.

In general Marmot's jackets are short in the sleeve length compared to other brands. Long time supporter of Marmot from the original days when they rejected an entire shipment from their supplier for quality issues. This must have been 35 years ago. I have at least 20 pieces of equipment over the years and the warranty team has been fantastic if I had an issue. Just wish that they made more tall clothing for both men and women.

great fit. warm enough at 40s and 50s F. The only complain is the side pockets don't have zippers, and worry of putting my phone in there.

Its warm and fits nicely. Overall Great jacket but the down comes out easily around the collar.

This has quickly become my favorite jacket that I own. It's versatile in that I can wear it on really cold days and be warm. Or I can wear it on more mild days and not be too hot. It's very soft and comfortable and I also like how it's not overly "puffy" so I can wear it for a night out on the town. I would definitely recommend this jacket to anyone who might be on the fence.

This jacket is like a warm hug and hefty in a nice way. Looks very much a mans jacket about town - smart and sort of rugged. I really like this on my husband. Only caveat is that the down escapes its confines through stitches and makes for stressful washing and care.

I got this in. green and love it. pretty warm and dressy enough to go out to dinner, etc. Well made. I really wish it had inside porcjets though :(

It's a sold jacket, took it to Tokyo in February and it kept me warm and dry. Feels like it will last a long time
