I really liked these in the online pictures and video, but just didn't love them when I tried them on. But I LOVE how easy it is to return shoes to Zappos. I have no reservations about trying shoes that I am not sure about because I know it is so easy to return them if they don't work out. I also love that I can get wide widths at Zappos...they are hard to find in stores!

Normally wear a 9w. Ordered these in 9.5 WW. These sandals are super cute but far off on the width. The Extra Wides felt like regular wides at best. Took these to a cobbler to no avail. The quality of the leather prevents more than only slight stretching....less than 1/2 inch. Returned.

Very stiff leather. The back strap is quite close to the ankle. I liked how they looked, but they weren't comfortable.

Ordered a WW and it feels like a normal width. NOT WIDE AT ALL. Couldn't even get my foot through the first strap. Ridiculous. If you have bunions, AVOID.

These sandals are extremely slippery!! And the straps seem to be too wide near the toe, and smaller on the top of the foot. Returning them

I loved the look of these so much and they were comfortable but just could not get the fit right. Going up a 1/2 size was definitely accurate, I'm an 8.5 but the 9 was the right size for me here. I have a wider foot so based on reviews I didn't waste my time with the regular width. I first ordered the WW and both straps were huge so I went down to just W. The top strap was perfect but the toe strap was still too big and I was sure I would never get my foot into the top strap of the regular width. I might have lived with it except there is absolutely no traction on the bottom and I nearly fell several times just trying them on, I slid everywhere!

These were SO cute on and there is a little bit of padding in them so they were comfy but...the front strap was way to big! I ordered these in a 7 (normal size) in the cracked gold but ordered the W width due to all the comments about the width being off. The back strap close to my ankles fit perfectly actually but that dang front strap was just so huge. bummed to be sending these back because they would have been the perfect summer sandal! I want to order in the regular width to try them out but they are backordered of course!

Not what I would consider narrow. This would be a good sandal for someone with a narrow foot and high arch. Shoe sole width was fine but the straps were too big, especially the top strap. Length was as it should have been.

Very Narrow (even the wide option)! The actual base of this shoe is narrow, to make a wide shoe you can't just make the straps larger and think it will work.

DEFINITELY RETURNING!!! I was so excited to get these cute shoes for summer but when I got home and tried these on I was LIVID!!! These shoes have terrible width problems. I'm usually a 12 but I got the 12w so I would have room since it's leather and I could not even get my foot through the first strap. They are way too narrow and if you wear a narrow you should probably get a WW because those will probably fit you. I'm very frustrated with this show and sorry the sizing was off. Never ordering from this brand again!

Strap over arch is not deep enough, try and put your foot in and the smaller strap can't hold your feet. Disaster! Love this brand so I was very disappointed in this shoe. I have normal feet and can wear just about anything but I would seriously reconsider purchasing this style.

Upper band that is over arch of foot is too narrow so I can barely get my foot into entire shoe so they slip off when I try to walk causing me to shuffle when I walk. I unfortunately think I will have to send them back as I literally cant walk in them:(
