Living in Chicago, I've been in search of a good winter jacket that can hold up to the deadly cold wind and the frigid temps we get every winter. I was eyeing this jacket for awhile and finally took the plunge when we were expecting some arctic-like weather... and consider me impressed! I am the type of girl who is ALWAYS cold. I wear layers and layers. With this jacket, a light sweater under it on a reasonably cold day is absolutely fine. Even when it was reaching -4F (-20C) this jacket held up for me and kept me warm. Plus the colour is so unique. I keep getting compliments! This was my first North Face jacket and I've been converted to a fan.

I needed a new warm winter jacket that would match any outfit and look cute. I hate being cold. I havent gotten to test it out in super cold weather yet since its only November and I'm in CA, but I have high hopes for toastiness.

This is beautiful warm coat. I love it. I’m a size 8-10 and the medium was perfect. Love the styling, the warmth and the look.

We live in Arizona so it's very difficult to find a very warm jacket, Because we don't require them here in the valley of the sun. This jacket is very stylish warm and my fianc is looks forward to wearing it on our future trips to Colorado, New York and other cold areas. Would definitely recommend buying north face!

Used as an everyday coat.

I got the Garnet Red color and love it! It's very stylish and looks great. To help anyone out with the size on these, I normally wear a XS in the classic Denali and Osito. I got this in a SMALL so I can wear hoodies and heavy/thicker long sleeves under it and I still have some room.

Initially I thought the fit was a bit snug. After going outside in unusually colder then normal weather for this time, even for Chicago, the fit was perfect. It is comfortable and kept me warm but I didn't feel a tight fit like I initially thought.

Purchased a winter coat for myself and my daughter

I took this coat on my trip to Brussels and it was a perfect item to bring. It wasn't too cold in the city, but when it got a little rainy, it kept me warm. And it's so lightweight! The colors really stand out, too.
