I love the overall fit and quality of the coat. I think the fit is as expected, as you should allow room for base layers. The olive color is great. I would have preferred a fleece inner layer rather than the shiny metallic plastic, but the coat stays warm. Nice touches are the snaps at the wrists and waist cinch to keep wind out.

Well made and flexible, the removable liner makes it a 4 season jacket here in Colorado. I'm a big guy, and the XL tall is a great fit, sleeves long enough that my 37" arms were completely covered to my wrist. Got my wife one too!

Two jackets for the price of one is a great bargain. The new reflective liner does a great job in reflecting body heat and the outer shell does a great job to shed rain and snow. The technology in this jacket is top-notch and the workmanship approaches the same level. The site states the Jacket runs large for its size and recommends downsizing. I found the Jacket to run small and I recommend buying your normal size for comfort and allowing to dress in layers. All said it's a Great Jacket.

I purchased this coat online. The coat is a little large but not too much. It seems to be of great materials and seems to be well made. The coat that it will be replacing was also a Columbia coat. It has lasted for many years and I expect the same service from this new one.

This jacket just feels perfect for me. It feel slight but sturdy, warm, and is just the perfect cut and weight. It feels so good when I slide it on. It's odd that a coat can "feel good" but the weight is just right. It's warm and the quality feels good.

I'm a big guy and I've loved these jackets since the double whammy I bought in 2001. I crushed the zipper in a closet door, or that one would still be going strong, too. It sucks that the only place I could find this is online, but the size chart and my previous experience told me my 6'2" 300 lb frame would be 3XT. The fit was perfect and the shiny liner was hilarious. It's got those vents that help regulate temps, too. Great for hurricanes! I did miss that the hood didn't have the adjustment to make sure it didn't fall down in my face, but it seems to hold back okay. I love the rain/wind proof shell, the way the pockets and sleeves cover and close up tight and how easy it is to pull out the liner. In the mid-atlantic, we get those winter days where its below freezing in the morning and mild by the afternoon. I just pull the liner out in the afternoon and this thing is an awesome wind breaker. It looks good, too -- nice long parka cut. It did take a lot of searching for the right color and feature combo -- look at all the sizes to see colors and styles, even liners were different between some sizes. Columbia makes durable and functional products with lots of cool features. This one is nice!

This is a great coat at the Zappos price. I haven't tried it in very cold weather, but it works great in cold and rainy -- I've stayed warm and very dry. I wish the hood rolled up instead of being detachable, but that's really my only criticism. Size-wise, I'm 6-4, 185 pounds and the tall large fits well. The shoulders are just right and the sleeves are long enough. It could be a little tighter around the waist -- and the look is very full -- but I don't mind.

Got this for my land giant boyfriend (7 ft tall 250 lbs) for an upcoming ski trip and he loves it. Plenty long and warm, wears it casually and for snow activities. Would highly recommend for other people shopping for their giant loved ones.

Being 6'8" has always made it tough to find clothing that fits. I've worn Columbia clothes for years. It has always been tough and reliable. From B&T hunting garments to everyday casual wear Columbia takes care of its consumers.

This coat is awesome! If you're fat and tall like me, I'm used to your big store big and tall running small. I did not measure myself, should have. When they say true to size, they mean it! Haven't been in any negative temperatures,yet, So far it's met or exceeded expectations! Columbia, please keep up with what you're doing! Keep your big and tall, please! Thank you, most of all!!!

The best choice I have ever made, it's perfect!

I bought the 2XT size and it fits like a dream. I've always had a problem with sleeve length and back length. his jacket obliterated all my fears of naked wrist and low back syndrome. I can reach my bindings without uncovering either area. Extremely excited I now own this coat.

I was already big on Columbia jackets having owned the lightweight Voodoo Falls 590. However, I wanted something a bit warmer and inclement weatherproof for stormy winter days and snow. This jacket fits the bill perfectly. And my wife loves that I threw out at least 2 or 3 winter jackets that sat in our closet. Well worth your buy. Warm and stylish.

I love the coat, very comfortable and it's great in the cold winter here in new England. I am usually one to layer up but this coat not only looks and feels great, it is more than enough to keep me warm the hood fits just nice it doesnt fall over my face so that I cant see anything it's just right. I would recommend this jacket to anyone.

I'm 6'7" tall 235lbs. Bought an XLT probably could have gone with a Large tall. The sleeve length is perfect.

i've been buying columbia coats for years. this coat lives up to all my expectations for a columbia coat. i have gotten so many compliments on the style and reflective heating feature. everybody thinks it looks cool. but it really does keep you warm.

For a bigger guy this coat is great doesn't ride up when seating down , arms are long very warm blocks the wind , holds water off !!! It's so good I bought two one for work and one for play !!!

I had picked this out for my husband for warm, multiple functions and comfort! It has met all those challenges and exceeded his expectations! Very happy with the coat!

This coat is fantastic it is just what I was looking for. It is warm and dry. It is very roomy the sizing is perfect for adding a sweather or sweatshirt if needed. I love that it has a removable layer that can be a light jacket in its own. I bought this coat in black and can wear it with my professional dress wear or as a casual coat on an outdoor adventure.
