They are awesome hiking shoes. Comfortable right out of the box. Not to mention stylish. Love them. Happy Keen does 10-1/2 because their 10’s are a tad short.

Love these boots! I have a narrow heel, along with a bunion, and they feel great!

I was a little nervous about wearing them on a long hike right out of the box, but they were great- supportive, not too heavy, and no blisters or rubbing. I am always a little reluctant to give up my old boots, but these are a great replacement for my Merrells. I bought the wine and rhododendron, and the colors are really pretty without being garish. Very happy!

Loved everything about this shoe! I do have narrow feet, but they fit great. I wore them for 4 days off/on hiking and walking and was able to wade into some streams without worrying about my feet getting wet. They were perfect and my feet didn't hurt at the end of a long day. Great investment!

Love the style and quality. I have wide feet and I was happy I went up a half size (normally an 8) and purchased an 8.5. Maybe could have even gone up to a 9. I've been walking around the house in them and I just feel like they are a bit to narrow. Planning on returning them unfortunately.

Although I ended up sending these back, (only because there was stitching inside that kinda made a pressure point on my baby toe) I think these are wonderful boots. I also opted for taller shafts for more ankle support than these mid-height. They are a great color (the Timber/Cornstalk). Very lightweight, and very well padded. I'm not a huge hiker, but decided at my age, I'm 58, I should go for the extra ankle support for all my outdoor activities, so I went with the Vasque Breeze III GTX in Gargoyle/Stone Blue. My advice is to try on several pairs in several different sizes. You'll know when you found the right ones. And wear them around the house since Zappos will let you keep them a while, so you can be certain before you hit the trail! Happy Hiking!!

I love the look and overall comfort but they fit a tad shorter in the toe box than I expected.

I usually wear an 8 N in regular shoes and an 8 1/2 N in athletic shoes. I ordered 8 1/2 M in these boots and they fit perfectly with heavy socks. They have good cushioning in the sole and around the ankles, but the ankle area is rather stiff - as is to be expected in a hiking boot. I think the shoes are attractive, but the color appears very different in person than in the picture on the screen. The mushroom color is actually closer to an olive green. I hope the waterproofing will prove to be effective, but I haven’t teated them outside yet.

Keen's have always fit my feet well. These boots, however, were much tighter in my usual size and seemed shorter. I ordered a half size larger and they seem comfortable, I'm hoping they will work on the trail!

I LOVE Keens. I have really bad Arthritis and have had multiple ankle surgeries. Keens are one of the few shoes I can wear that help my ankle hold up throughout the day. I was really excited about getting these in the mail. I was kinda nervous that they would be heavy since they are leather but I need leather shoes because I'm a nurse and I need a surface that cleans easily, they weren't heavy at all though. When I received these they felt a little big so I compared to my other Keens (also a Terrodara model) and they were clearly longer. -I am returning these one BUT am reordering in a size smaller. I only dropped a star in "overall" because of the inconsistency in sizing.

ordered a 9.5, too big, then ordered at 9, still to big, was also wider than I thought it would be. The boot was comfortable though

Although Keen generally makes great hiking boots these were not great for me. On the positive side the boots are clearly sturdy and would last like Keens tend to do. On the negative side the boots dug into my ankle upon walking (I think it has to do with where the metal lace clasps hit) even when loose. I am a lean 5'2/105 pounds and regular ankles for my build. It may just be me; they're worth giving a shot because Keen does make quality boots! =)

Super cute and comfortable, except the base is very narrow and caused my step to roll inward. Will return and find a hiking boot with a wider base.

I wanted so much to like these as I liked the styling. But there was so little arch support in them I had to return them. Sad.

Unfortunately I am returning these. The size and width were great but the arch support almost non existent. They look cute but unless you have a very low arch you need to plan on replacing the footbed with an orthotic.

these are very nice shoes, but a little too stiff for my liking. I decided to choose a hiking boot (Merrell) that had a little more give to it. So I'm returning these.

Liked the style and the color but I'm an average 8 medium and they were too narrow and snug with thinish socks. I didn't order a size up because I figured best to move on to a different shoe brand altogether. If you have narrow feet this may very well be the hiking boot for you.

I absolutely love (almost) everything about these shoes. I have them in brown. They are comfortable, and cute enough to wear with leggings during the day. I bought them before a trip to Vegas and Oregon and wore them non-stop, from the airport, to walking around, to hiking, etc. The only issue I've had, is if I stand with my feet crossed over one another, the hooks can attach to each other which has caused me to trip and fall over.

I thought this product would have been a deep brownish color---it wasn't. It was wine colored...which would have worked for me, but the top portion of the boot (ankle area) didn't feel as sturdy as a pair of Keens that I purchased at a local running store. I purchased these for ankle stability at work, and didn't feel that this pair would suffice for my intentions. I will try to locate the EXACT model of boots that I purchased elsewhere, and go with that.
