I got these to wear on those wet, slushy, snowy mornings. I wanted something that looked like a real boot but would keep me warm and dry, these are great for that. Like others have said they are wide in the toe box. I actually find it comfortable and like that I have the option to wear thicker socks, if desired. In all I love these boots and have been asked many times who made them by others.

I bought these to go snow shoeing in. I haven’t gone yet but even if i never go i will not regret these boots. They are light and comfortable. There is enough room for woolly socks but not too roomy for summer cotton socks. Love these

I loved my pair of blue Keen Kaci boots so much, I wanted a second pair. I kept my eye out for a sale, and the Zappo gods soon obliged. I now have this boot in blue and brown. Both fit the exact same way. I have wide feet with big toes, and the 10.5 gives me adequate space without being loose enough to rub. (I sure wish more brands did half sizes like this!) Like my blue pair, I was able to put on these brown boots and go on a long walk across streets and long stretches of rocks (what is often used for lawn around Phoenix) and had no discomfort whatsoever. Plus, my feet stayed cozily warm despite the rare cold patch of weather.

The size and fit are great. I wear these to a demanding/rugged job and they are so comfortable the second I put them on, even when they are new. I don't experience an uncomfortable "break in" period at all. They keep my feet dry. I live in the North and there is a lot of snow. These boots are durable. This is my second time ordering these same boots. I love them and they are cute!

I like these boots. They have a mild arch support and good treads for icy weather. They are really wide, which is only fine for my narrow feet with really thick socks, which I expected. So far, waterproof in the snow, but haven't tried them is slushy conditions. They are a stiffer boot, but I was looking for foot support so these work for me.

The toe box is wide, but I imagine that's to allow for heavier socks. Arch support is great! Much warmer than I expected because they really don't weigh much. Very happy with purchase!

I have a narrow heel and worried these would be too wide. With the laces, I was able to get a comfortable fit with no heel slipping.

I liked this shoe but the leather seemed a bit absorbent to actually be waterproof. For the right buyer and foot they will be perfect for every day, and even into the night.

Dear Zappos, you never disappoint. This Keen is right on. I am a Keen fan and have been for many years. This shoe runs true to size and even better they fit my orthopedic inserts extremely well. It is cold and snowy here in Minnesota. I can where these from the beginning to the end of my day driving shoveling and working with preschoolers. Thank you so much.

Keens are wider than other brands, which is why I like them. I tried a pair of Sorels but they were so narrow, my foot hardly fit. These Keens are super comfy. The width of this shoe makes them feel larger (as compared to the feel of a Keen open sandal). I tried my typical size 8, and I thought it felt too large, so I also tried a 7 1/2. But the 7 1/2 was too snug in the top (where the laces are). So I'm sticking with the 8. Picked up some nice wool socks from REI and my feet feel snugs as bugs in rugs. Taking these these shoes to Switzerland and I'm sure my toes will stay warm and dry.

An attractive casual and warm shoe. Very comfortable with an excellent fit. I highly recommend.

This shoe is wonderful and the leather is extremely soft. The shoe is waterproof but would be absorbent especially to things like mud and seems like water would take awhile to dry as the material is supple. Perfect for the right buyer.

While I have never owned a pair of custom made shoes, these feel like they were custom made for me. I have not taken them off since I bought them (except in bed), they are that comfortable. I buy really good footwear as I have problem feet, these are by far the best boots I have ever owned.

I ordered my first pair of these boots about a year ago in anticipation of wanting a pair of lightweight, warm boots for travel in the Baltic region in the fall. I normally wear an 8-M, but I had to get a half-size smaller as the 8 was too large even with a fairly heavy sock. The BEST part of these boots is the wide toe box. I have some issues with my feet, and a wide toe box is a must. These boots are incredibly comfortable. I wore them on my trip and have worn them often this winter. Walking distances in these boots has not ever been a problem.

They are just what I expected...very comfortable right out of the box. They seem wider than all my other Keens, but it's okay with me. I can wear thicker wool sox with them. I like the gray color, although I think I'd rather had a brown leather. Maybe next time! My only concern is that the tread on the bottom isn't really very aggressive and so I'll watch that on icy sidewalks and streets. But I do expect to wear these all winter long and they'll be cozy warm!

I had boots and use inserts. Wore them today and had running around to do, plus went to grocery store and foot heel did not hurt. At present I have Achilles Tendonitis and last time I went to store I was in so much pain afterwards. It was hard to find boots beyond 10 with insert I take 10.5 now. Very much pleased!

So Keen has produced another brilliant boot for women. I hope by writing that they don't muck it up and change it. I have worn my first pair of Keen Kaci WMW every day for about 3 months now. I wear them with Injinji Toe Liner Socks and a thicker SmartWool sock. Very, very comfortable from sunrise to sunset. I love the wide toe/narrower heel general platform of Keens, and this boot is no exception to this format. I love that they are very warm. I love it that they are waterproof. I love it that they don't weigh a ton. Bravo. I loved these boots so much I bought a pair for my daughter for Christmas. She wasn't in love with the gift, but took them to a New Mexico winter term course----hiking in mud, snow, cold, wet. And came home loving them. I then bought my third pair just a week or so ago. I like that this boot can be optimized with other insoles.... it's wide enough to experiment with other insoles (SuperFeet, Spenco, etc.) Ok KEEN, please don't muck it up by discontinuing something very, very good.

Love these boots. They are warm and dry. Great for walking the dog on both bitterly cold mornings and on slightly warmer winter days when the snow has turned to slush. My regular size has plenty of room for a thick sock, and when I wear a thinner sick I can just lace it up a little tighter and it's still comfortable. I would definitely recommend them.

The reviews on Zappos steered me right when it came to these boots. I have big wide feet and muscular calves. A lot of boots just plain don't work. When the reviews for these Keen boots said they had a nice boxy area for the toes and a slightly-wider-than-average width, I knew I had to give them a try. I put on these boots. I said, "Wow." The 10.5 was a perfect fit. So perfect, I decided to take a major risk and wear them for the 1.3-mile round trip walk to get my son at school. These shoes fit like they'd been broken in for months. I returned from my walk--and subsequent walks in the past few days--without any blisters or irritations. I love these boots so much I think I'll save up and perhaps get a pair in another color. I do love the blue that I have now, though. As other reviews noted, it's slightly darker than the default picture shows, but still most definitely blue. The shade is a nice complement for jeans.

Was looking for something to wear in the rain and these boots fit the bill. Not just another pair of black boots but blue ones that look great with jean!!! They are a little wide in the toe area but it does leave room for inserts for extra comfort. I ordered them on a Wednesday and had them at my front door on Friday! You just can't beat Zappos for service and quality!

These boots are really cute and comfy. They are very roomy inside though, so going a half size down is a good idea if you don’t have really wide feet.

This is the second pair I ordered. I ordered my first pair 3 weeks ago, I love them so much I got another pair, for playing in, not working in!!! They are so light and have all the support for my ankles and arches. I can wear any of my wool socks, because it is wide enough! I am honestly so impressed with this shoe, I have been wearing Keens for 15 years! ?

I have a terrible time finding a comfortable shoe to fit my 11 wide foot. This boot was the perfect fit. Long enough and wide enough and many color choices. I'll try Keen first from this point forward.

Unlike most of the reviewers for this shoe, I have actually worn mine for several days and I can say that I am in love! I am very familiar with Keen shoes (I always have a pair in my closet) and these fit as I expected them to. They are perhaps a little roomier than the pair I wear from day-to-day, but I'd say that's perfect as it allows room for my winter socks. They are good-looking, comfy, and warm. And they don't even require a "breaking-in" period! I anticipate these will be the only shoes I will take on my upcoming trip abroad.
