Heal is very chunky, I think it looks awkward (maybe thats in style?) My main issue is that the color is very soft almost beige, won't work for the light pink I wanted to match. Not comfortable, no arch support at all, stiff shoe.

Very cute but balance is weighted further forward than was comfortable

The shoe is beautiful, but the ankle strap is a no-go. The buckle hit right on my ankle bone, which made the shoes terribly uncomfortable. I returned.

Cute shoes, but very narrow toe strap. The toe strap is also closer to the end of the toes than other similar shoes I tried, which felt slightly awkward. Too bad because they are otherwise cute!
