Comfortable, lightweight, and true to size. Will add a bit of warmth in the mountains of CO where I live and will travel with me to the beach. Happy with the purchase and with Zappos' excellent service.

Love the style, lenght and fit of this vest. It's not short and bulky like so many others I've tried on. It looks great over shirts, tops, sweaters and even my sweat hoodies. For extra warmth I will also wear it as an underlayer with my light weight puffer jacket. I'm 5'3", 120 lbs, 34C and small fits great with room for layering. Reason for 4 star is that I wish it wasn't a checker sew pattern. I like the chevron or traditional straight line pattern better.

This is the second thermoball vest I've purchased, the first being one last year. The size/fit are consistent with last year. I purchased the Taupe Matte and am a little disappointed in the color. On Zappos website it looks like a nice, vibrant olive green. In person, it's closer to a pine or forest green and much more drab. I like the color well enough, it's just not what I thought I was getting. The matte fabric is stiffer so isn't quite as comfortable, lightweight or packable. Still, it's a good vest that is easy to stow in a bag and is thin enough to wear under a coat. Not a vest you can wear on its own in Upper Midwest winters but great over a shirt or sweater indoors and should be nice in the spring when it's back in the 50s and 60s.

It's a lovely style, but I ended up returning because it's a very bright orange. It would look great on someone, but not me (fair skin.) In photos it appeared more peachy than neon.
