These are great shoes. We love Asics. These are sized like all the Asics we have purchased, which is to say very small. So if you already know what size your child wears in this brand then you can go with that, but if you are new to the brand then size way up. My daughter is wearing a 4 in most of her shoes, but needed a 5.5 in this shoe, and could have worn a 6, but it wasn't available.

These shoes in this color actually fit my wide foot, and are very comfortable right out of the box. It's the only reason I buy them. The quality is fairly poor, as I can only get 20-30 good wears out of a pair before I have to use them as "yard work" shoes. Even if they aren't too worn out, the rubber starts peeling away" and threads start coming loose around the toes.
