These need to come back in stock, especially the carbon colorway!!!! I'm praying that they do. I need another pair. Great trim fit and functional. Material is durable.

Purchased a pair of these in carbon copy a few months ago and I love the styling, colour, and fit of them. I will warn that they fit pretty big (I usually wear size 30 or 31 and had to return the 30 and go for a 32). They aren't the kind of pants I would wear on a hike or when lounging around the house but that's not what they're made for. They are however classy enough to wear to most office jobs but can also be worn fairly casually.

Wow I love these pants. Finding pants that are the right size for me is tricky since I have a kind of wide waist relative to the length of my legs so even if I buy a size up and shorten the legs, the crotch part of the pants hangs down too low. These pants don't have that, and they are professional looking while being super comfortable and they fit really well. They are a little long for me, but that isnt too difficult to fix.

I had a lot of pants in my lifetime but these are exceptional. They fit perfectly if you have some muscle on your thighs and are otherwise rather lean in the physiques department. Also they look like dress pants if you combine them with dress shoes or boots and a shirt or sweater but they look sporty when paired with sneakers and a t shirt. I usually have problems with how Arc'teryx products fit and even though I'm 180cm/80kg I end up picking size small (and still have a baggie fit sometimes especially around the waist). So I was really happy about this perfect match. I hope Arc'teryx will have more pants like this coming!

I am 170lb and 6'0" with a 30"-31" waist, I purchased a size 30". These pants are very clean looking, and the material that the pant is made from is soft and formal. Like other people have stated, these pants fit tight, and with that begin said, if you have very large quads, glutes, or calves, you might want to try it on first. When fitted right they can be very flattering. The waist however does not seem to give in after a period of time so don't expect these pants to increase in size after wearing them for a whole day. My only issue with these pants is that I wish they came in other sizes, ex. 31" or 33".

I had recently found that many of my cotton-based chinos were rapidly fading and wearing out in places. These pants seemed like a great alternative. The contrast and color of the dark moss seemed like a great color to match many of my collared and flannel shirts alike. The fabric is soft, with a small amount of stretch. This is fantastic, as you can take these pants straight out of the dryer and put them on without any wait or delay for a comfortable fit. However, the pant's stay true to their slim cut. These aren't skinny jeans, but they also don't hang. They fit well to the natural tapers of your leg. There is some wrinkling in the lower legs after a few days of use, but I've found this to be normal for most slim-fitting pants. The front 'hidden' pocket is ingenious. It perfectly fits my iPhone, keys, or a wallet. Even when it is filled, it doesn't hamper your leg movement or flex. The rear pockets are large enough to accommodate a normal wallet and are also comfortable when filled. The stitching and design of this fabric is very subdued and non-technical, which I appreciate. They match well with a flannel, like the Gryson, or a collared shirt with a tie. Yet, there is certainly Arc'teryx's DNA within these pants, in terms of the fit, function, and features. My only wish for these pants. A stritched logo! Come on!

Arc'teryx is really known for the technical gear they produce, but I've been really impressed by some of their more "lifestyle" offerings. This pant is one of those! They are a slim-fitting pant, but not too slim and the anatomical details are very well-executed. The subtle knee articulation helps with the fit and provides a little more natural movement. The off-set rise and curved waistband give these a nice natural fit on the hips (other brands should take note!). They have a pretty sharp taper to the ankle, but not way too slim. The gusset is appreciated for comfort and movement. To sum these up, they are like a classic cotton chino, but with much more thought put into the overall fit. If I had to nitpick, I do wish the material had a little more stretch, the mesh pockets are probably overkill, and the zipper fly is essentially worthless for what it should be used for (it's way too small!). Despite the cons, I think these are a great, long-lasting piece to own around $100 or less.

Pants are very slim fitting. I'm quite a thin individual already and have bought the Atlin Chinos which fit fairly slim, but the Abbot Pant fits even slimmer. The slimmer fit (my preference) is a welcome change as some of the other casual pants that denote a slim fit, aren't exactly as slim as I would have wanted them to be. The biggest downside is the mesh pockets. Although they save on weight and can increase breathe ability, the pants are already considered a "fall weight" pant which would have rather benefited from a solid textile pocket. I'm not sure what the exact choice was, but as a this is not necessarily a fully technical pant, a regular pocket instead of a mesh pocket would have been preferred. Lastly, the cut of the pant are probably at a 32-33 inseam length. Not necesassarily a bad thing for the taller folks but an inseam choice is always welcome as the short folks. It benefits in two folds, the customer gets a proper fit out the gate, and since we don't need to hem them, we save on subsequent materials. Sure it is an extra stem, but if we are going to have to pay a few extra bucks to get them hemmed, I'd be happy to pay a few extra bucks to have inseam options.

I bought a pair of these in Size 30 (Carbon Copy) about a year ago (May 2020). I really like the cut and the fit -- it's a very comfortable pair of pants. It would have been better if there were in-between sizes instead of just even sizes. Nonetheless, I still really like the pants. This past year, I've worn it mostly around the apartment and outdoors for walks around the city -- so no rigorous activities. I wash them about once a month. After about a year, I noticed that the color has faded to a rusty color. I have an older pair (size 28) lying around that I don't wear frequently. Thus, I could compare the colors (see attached photo). I was expecting some color fading after a year but I was not expecting the rust-like/patina-like coloring. It's kind of odd. I didn't think too much about it until I saw a similar post on Reddit --[I cannot post URLs so search for "black_stowe_pant_10_months_vs_new_black_squamish"] So, while I'm going to keep wearing these pair of pants, I thought I would share my experience so that others have a sense of the kind of fading to expect after about a year of use. I don't see this kind of fading from my Arc'teryx jackets that I wear frequently so maybe it's limited to these pants.

Been using these pants for a year, durability and fit and Okay.I find its a little tight in the crotch area. The pockets are small, not to a point where they are unsable but with wallet and keys youll be pressed to find anymore space for anything else. Good thing they have lots of pockets.

These pants look great and fits my legs perfectly. The stitching doesnt feel very durable due to the pants not being as stretchable as I would have wanted. The stitching for the articulated knees have already come loose just after a week worth of use.

I bought these pants a few months ago and they were great at first. They fit well and were very comfortable. Like other reviews have stated, they turned a rust color after the first few months. It looks terrible and would not buy them again. I like the Starke pants and they seem to stay black and not fade as easily.

Great materials and love the thigh pocket(started reaching for that pocket when I switched pants and was disappointed when it wasn't there), but as boy built like a stick (5'9, 120lbs, never skipped leg day, but only because I never started doing leg days) the thigh and rear area are too baggy. Also a bit long, will fit taller people better, but taller people are probably the main demographic of Arc'teryx. Anyways, if you're built like a stick, probably stay away. Calves fit great though and the side pocket is awesome
