It’s hard for me to find comfort in sneakers, must have a lot of room around my toes. This brand was a first for me ASICS I recommend too everyone. They are a little pricey but worth every penny ????

I have extremely difficult feet-- with a hammertoe on my right foot that makes it difficult for me to buy closed toe shoes. But this shoe is wonderful!! It has been years since I have been so comfortable in an athletic shoe. Right out of the box they felt great on my feet! I am ordering another color.

Just received these shoes, have ran in them once and so far I am pleased. I am looking for a shoe that offers good support for running without breaking the bank. I have hardware in my foot from two broken metatarsals, and a tendon issue on my other foot and think these shoes will work for my jogging needs.

Shoe works great with a customized insole, the insole that comes with the shoe is a tad thin, but the wide option gave optimal toe box room!

Love the look of this shoe but even though it says wide, they were very. They were comfortable but not cushioned like pretty much all my Saucony sneaks... guess its back to them!

Better width and arch than my other gel ventures.

I like shoe design and comfort, but they feel larger. Arch support is light to moderate.

The main problem with these was a lack of support. The shoes were just a tiny bit too wide (my feet are too wide for a medium but not quite wide enough for some wides) and a tiny bit too long, so my foot slipped around in them. They were also a bit cheaply made, and they’d be cuter with a slightly darker gray. I’m returning them.

I returned the 8.5 and won't order a size up. In addition to it being too small (and I have never worn a size 9 in any shoe), it is stiff and the cut around the ankle is too high and rubs on my ankle.Also, it is cut high in the back and I think could rub on my heel as well. Not a good design. I am getting the Brooks Ghost instead.

These shoes are wonderfully soft yet supportive. I'm transitioning from walking to running and my thinner-soled walking shoes wouldn't cut it, so I ordered these (not knowing much about what is needed for running shoes.) At first I honestly liked the color (dark purple/blue with bright coral-edged laces). Feels like walking on clouds. I wear these for errands because they look subtle and because they are so comfy. I could walk 12 miles on Costco's concrete floors in these and be fine. Highly recommended, though I've not fully done substantial running in them. I have high arches, never really had any foot problems, and these shoes are really comfortable. I'd buy them again.

These were pretty bad for me. I've been wdaring Asics for years but this shoe really burned my feet. Have no idea why- but returning.

Shoes nicer on the net than in person. I’ll grow to like it more.

Really enjoy these shoes, I had the previous version Gel-Venture 5 and wore those to death. Figured I should get a new pair, the main difference I noted was these seem to be a little more narrow in the toe box but still very comfy and they may stretch as I use them. Great traction for trail running and even road running.

Cheap shoe, poor fit across toe box, something is very wrong at Asics! They’ve changed many shoe fits and now they feel cheap, lack support, are short in length and/or WAY too weirdly tight/narrow in toe box. I’ve given up on Asics now, having tried three different shoes and having to return them all. This is after 15 years of wearing only Asics.

Excellent. For years I've been replacing my old ASICS with the next generation of the same shoe. I'm a part-time runner and have no complaints; they're also great for dog walks, hikes, and long days on your feet. True to size in my experience.

Happy w first pair of ASICS. Shoes are very comfortable, tons of cushion. I ordered normal size and they run large but not so much that I returned. Was worried colors would be too loud (Phantom coral/ lime) but I think they look great. Price crazy low!

Cute and comfortable. I ordered a 9 wide because I wear a 9.5 in Nike and they were just a little short so I exchanged for a 9.5W

Wanted to like these...after reading so many reviews and looking for a walking shoe with good arch support and heel cushioning for my plantar fascitis. The arch support was sufficient, but the heel had too great of a "drop" (making me settle back on my heels instead of propelling me forward) and heel felt like it had no cushioning at all. Back to the search!

My last pair of ASICS was like walking on a cloud! These were like walking on plywood! No cushioning in the toe area--just feel stiff and hard. Sorry, ASICS!
