Good casual shoe for walking around. Would not do any serious trail runs in them. Replaces the Scram for me. Has better support and cushioning and is more breathable in the upper.

Great fit! Sons second pair of these! He’s 12.5 and loves these!

I replaced the inner sole with orthotics and it is very comfortable.

The previous two pair of Asics were the best - this is my third pair - they have the best fit for me out of all the sneaker brands, and best comfort. I have a wide foot - ordered wide - they fit better than all the rest.

I have a wide foot and also require lots of room in the toe box. This shoe fits me so well that i'm going to order another pair!

I have never left a shoe review in the past, but these shoes are amazing. From the moment I put them on, they felt great. I usually need to break my shoes in, so I bought these about one month before we went on vacation and they were ready to go. I liked them so much that I'm going to buy a couple of more pairs for work. I am very happy with my purchase.

Shoes arrived quickly. The fit my feet and feel good on my feet. I use them to kick around the house with. Mow grass etc.

These might become my new go - to sneakers for everyday wear. I've been wearing them for walking as well as gym workouts and they have performed well. I do not run anymore so I cannot talk about how they perform for that, but for my uses, they are perfect. I do wish Zappos had more choices of Asics in their 2E width since that is my correct width but I wear orthotics for metatarsal damage and these 4E sneakers fit well with them, albeit a tiny bit too wide. I love the fact that the toe box is anatomically correct for those of us with wide feet unlike many, many other sneakers out there and with the addition of metatarsal orthotics that I use, my toes sit naturally, the way they are supposed to. I have no discomfort with these sneakers. They are built with a neutral profile and that is what I need now after two knee replacements. My knees are finally aligned requiring a neutral shoe but coupled with the fact of my wide width, this has REALLY become a challenge for me to find now. I guess most people out there have narrow widths since all of the manufacturers are concentrating in that area mostly. My little gripes are that their is a lack of choice in colors in my size here (or anywhere, for that matter). Maybe it's a seasonal thing and I have not found these at the right time of the year. They are well constructed and I feel these will last a good amount of time without my big toes poking through the tops like they seem to do with almost every other brand with mesh tops out there today. These mesh tops are strong and built to last thankfully. I will buy another pair when I find them in 2E and see which one is the best for me. Overall, I would recommend these for those who need a neutral, wide sneaker that expects them to last for a while. The other gripe I have is that I wish these had a seventh set of eyelets closer to the ankle to make them fit a bit more snug since I feel the laces get a little loose after a while but that might settle down a bit after a few months. I seem to be tying these laces now and then again while I walk a long time.

Asics Gel Venture 6 shoes are excellent. I have plantar fasciitis and under pronation that requires me to replace my shoes every few months to maintain good enough support even with custom orthotics. I love that I can remove the liner of these shoes to insert my orthotics. They have excellent support. The price is reasonable. The shoe came recommended specifically for this problem. I have a wide foot and appreciate that they have wide sizes. I wish there were more color options available in the wider sizes.

I use this as my running/walking shoe. The fit and styling feel great. Its on the lighter side of most running shoes that I have tried out. My other pair is an adidas Men's Pureboost ATR that I love slightly more than the Gel-Venture 6 but that shoe cost me twice the amount I paid for this. If I had a do over, I would certainly buy this shoe. As for shortcomings, the shoes do tend to get warm as I go deeper into my walk/run and may get uncomfortable on hot summer days.

I have (sadly) very wide and flat feet. And I’m limited in what shoes I can wear and sneaker styles and manufacturers I can count on for a good fit. ASICS is happily one brand that makes wide shoes that last and fit well ! These have been a proven style and model that works for my 11.5 3E-4E feet and this newest pair don’t disappoint. I do wish they had a few more colors to chose from because the next reiteration (number 7) are too narrow ! Great shoes !

This is my first time dealing with Zappos. I am more than happy. in this day and age it's really nice to come across a company that delivers great service and price and that's exactly what you guys have done. I'm definitely going to keep shopping with you.

These shoes were just perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Zappos for providing us a wonderful pair of shoes, and I am so thankful they were delivered so quickly. Thanks a million times!!

I like the price but I also like the fact that ASICS has a size 15EE... I have always had a hard time finding any shows of my size.

The heel is pretty cushy, so it will absorb a lot. I like the color selection in this line, lots of variety. I choose Sunflower. The tread is well designed. It all feels very sturdy. I know there is another Trail Runner level that Asics has above this one, but this one suits me. I wear them for work and moderate activity which doesn't include much running.

They fit sufficiently, feel a little thin.

This is my everyday shoe. Fits like it's supposed to. Light weight. Comfortable for walking and whatever else I usually do.

Please note, I ended up returning these. First of all, I love the style and the color (I ordered the gray and blue ones). First I ordered an 8 4E, but surprisingly it was too small, so I ordered an 8.5 4E. Pros: Great design, fantastic arch support. It felt pretty good on my feet in that regard. Cons: Too narrow. My width is all in the toe box and any amount of pressure on my little toe usually ends badly. Also, in the 8.5, my big toe reached the end and my little toe was pressing on the side, but there was an entire finger-width strip at the front of the shoe that I could press on and there was nothing there... I would say that the shoe was the wrong shape for my foot. Bottom line: Order a half size up, and consider skipping this one if your width is in the toe box. Otherwise it's a great shoe. Just not the right one for me.
