Fits great

Asics are my shoes of choice. I purchased these for work. I'm on my feet 9-12 hours a day so I need comfortable shoes. These aren't what I'm accustomed to from Asics.

This is a nice fitting shoe with good support for 165 lb. guy. Good price. I run and hike in these. Also, comfortable for a casual use. This shoe is a little heavy for serious street racing and there are other Asics right for that. I put 4 stars for all ratings because I seldom rate anything perfect across the board. After 25 years in Asics they are losing some of the style I use to like more. But, staying with the 'em.

I liked the shoes as I do most Asics but the shoe laces will not stay tied and are to short to double knot which is a hassle anyway. I've had similar issues with this line some laces are great others to slick to stay tied.You would think they would have caught this.

I've been wearing Gel Contend for many years, but the colors available right now in my size are very limited and unappealing to me. First I tried the GT-1000 6 but I couldn't find a size that seemed to fit me right. So I decided to try the Venture 6. I don't know what it is but the size 10 4E in this model seems a bit longer and wider than it did in the Gel Contend. I don't think my foot has shrunk. I'm going to have to put an insert in the heel to keep it from slipping. I wish Asics had better consistency with the sizing across models. One thing to note about the Venture is that it's not as breathable as the Contend. My feet are sweating more (not a lot, but more) in this shoe than they ever did in the Contend. Maybe because these are designed for trail running they're designed to be more water resistant.

These shoes fit perfectly, true to size. They are also excellent quality and are exactly as I expected from looking at them online.

This is the second pair we have purchased for my grandson. He likes the way they feel on his foot and I like that they last longer than the previous brands we have bought for him. Win! Win!

Good fit and feel. Decided to go with something other than Nike. Glad I did these are my new brand.

Bought these for my husband. He needed a pair of shoes for light hiking. Perfect fit and exactly what he was looking for. Asics are always comfortable right out of the box.

I have previously bought the Venture 5 for hiking and that's worked well for me. Since that's no longer available I bought these Venture 6 shoes. I actually prefer the 6 to the 5. They feel lighter and more comfortable. I've been wearing them at work, where I'm on my feet a good deal, and my feet have felt good all day. The only thing of note is that I have previously always taken a size 12, but the Venture 6 was too short. Size 12.5 fit perfectly.

I wear an odd size shoe: 12.5 4E. Not easy to find. These Asics Gel Ventura fit perfectly. Price is great. I will buy more soon.

Great all-around shoe for the price. I wear 11.5 in nike (never buying their products again) and 11 in vans for reference and these are definitely on the larger size for athletic shoes. Toe box is pretty large but comparable to some "training" or trail shoes I've had.

got them for my son, he likes them, thought they could use a little better arch support, not a deal breaker. ordered a second pair so he can rotate them.

Great ASICS Venture 6. Fits well. Reasonable price

Great shoe. Very comfortable. Got the extra wide width. My feet have gotten a little wider since I've grown older. I will definitely look for more of this style of shoe in the future. Thanks Zappo's!!!!

Love these shoes. They look cool.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent fit and cushioning I found in these shoes. I walk 3 miles every day, and run about 1/2 mile of the circuit. The GEL-Ventures have been very comfortable in both modes. They are comfortable for casual wear, too. I've run in ASICS for 20 years, but now that I'm dialing back the stress on my knees, these shoes have proved to be affordable winners.

I was really stoked to find shoes in my size that were under $100. I wear 15 4E. When I got them they were a little tight but I was moonstruck by the price and decided to keep them thinking they would break in eventually. After a couple of weeks they still weren’t wearing in so I shelved them. Then river season cane and I decided they would be my river shoes. I wore them without socks all summer going to the river two-three days a week a mile each way and they were great. So I’ve realized they are just tooo small to wear socks with.
