Great light weight shoe

This shoe looks and feels good. I require a 4E width due to wide feet accompanied by moderate bunions. I am limited to the brand of shoes I can buy. I have worn New Balance and Dunham shoes but found Dunham to be heavy. The same is true for New Balance. These Asics are very light, comfortable and feel a bit larger than listed. The width is perfect for my needs. I have to add different insoles as these offer no arch support. I also have to wear a lift in one shoe and this lift moves about with the Asics insoles. A change of insoles and I am ready for my walks. The sale price was an added bonus. As usual the Zappos delivery was quick and just as predicted.

I am very hard to fit but these size 4e fit me just right. They are not as comfortable as the more expensive Asics but definitely good enough.

Good trail runners - I have owned several pairs of Asics Gel-Venture shoes and they never disappoint. The fit is very consistent and being able to find a wide size is very useful. These can also be used as light hikers for terrain that is not to rough.

Very comfortable shoe. Plenty of cushion. Arch support is great. Have to get extra wide because ASICS seem to run narrow. Plenty of room in the toe box with the ex wide.

The size and fit are very comfortable. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

These might become my new go - to sneakers for everyday wear. I've been wearing them for walking as well as gym workouts and they have performed well. I do not run anymore so I cannot talk about how they perform for that, but for my uses, they are perfect. I do wish Zappos had more choices of Asics in their 2E width since that is my correct width but I wear orthotics for metatarsal damage and these 4E sneakers fit well with them, albeit a tiny bit too wide. I love the fact that the toe box is anatomically correct for those of us with wide feet unlike many, many other sneakers out there and with the addition of metatarsal orthotics that I use, my toes sit naturally, the way they are supposed to. I have no discomfort with these sneakers. They are built with a neutral profile and that is what I need now after two knee replacements. My knees are finally aligned requiring a neutral shoe but coupled with the fact of my wide width, this has REALLY become a challenge for me to find now. I guess most people out there have narrow widths since all of the manufacturers are concentrating in that area mostly. My little gripes are that their is a lack of choice in colors in my size here (or anywhere, for that matter). Maybe it's a seasonal thing and I have not found these at the right time of the year. They are well constructed and I feel these will last a good amount of time without my big toes poking through the tops like they seem to do with almost every other brand with mesh tops out there today. These mesh tops are strong and built to last thankfully. I will buy another pair when I find them in 2E and see which one is the best for me. Overall, I would recommend these for those who need a neutral, wide sneaker that expects them to last for a while. The other gripe I have is that I wish these had a seventh set of eyelets closer to the ankle to make them fit a bit more snug since I feel the laces get a little loose after a while but that might settle down a bit after a few months. I seem to be tying these laces now and then again while I walk a long time.

I like the price but I also like the fact that ASICS has a size 15EE... I have always had a hard time finding any shows of my size.
