Somehow there was a mistake and I was sent a size 8.5 rather than the size I ordered. The shoes would have been a possible keeper if I could fit them. My daughter did try them on and they fit her so I am able to write the review. Still returning them bc they are her size but were not purchased for her.

very comfortable sandal,I take a 9WW so it's hard to find confortable shoes besides sneakers. I am going too order another pair in the red

I love Easy Spirit sandals, and these are no exception. Very light and flexible, with good arch support that is very comfortable for walking and standing. As is typical with Easy Spirit, they aren't the trendiest, hippest shoes out there, but they are cute and comfortable, and that's more than enough!

So comfortable I bought them in 2 colors. WW is great for extra wiggle room and the length is true to size. Easy to slip on an off and so supportive can wear them all day long!

The box was marked 8.5 WW but there is no way they are Wides. I had bought the 9WW and they were too wide an a bit long so I ordered the 8.5 WW and I couldn't even get my toes through the firs strap. There were no size markings inside or outside the shoe so I think they must have been in the wrong box. I am going to reorder today in hopes that is the problem.

I wear size 8-1/2 W. As a teacher, I am on my feet all day. These are fabulously comfy! I'm getting a second pair!

Kalayla was a half size too small. That is easily remedied with Zappos. But there was not enough arch support for my higher arches. So, though they were cute, I had to send them back.

Other people reported that this sa. Dal runs large. I found that not to be the case. I ordered a size 8 - I wear an 8, sometimes 8 1/2. Must return these. Looking at other styles since, in trying these on, they didn't feel as comfortable as I had hoped. They are nice looking though. Thank you, Zappos, for your wonderful free return shipping.

These are super cute shoes, but they pinch a bit at the toes and because they are not leather I knew they would not mold to my foot. I just could not keep them knowing I could buy a leather sandal for the same price. Really attractive though!!

Beware!!! The description of the shoe says the heel height is 2.75 inches but it is really only around 1.5 inches!!! For this reason I am sending them back -- I was looking for something a tiny bit dressier. I have flip flops that have more height than these. I don't really want to rate the shoes negatively -- they seem fine but are a little bit loose, seem to run a little large. But it's the inaccurate description that misled me. Very disappointing! I love Zappo's -- but please correct this mistake!!

Too short. I wear a 9 1/4 size slim. Most 9 1/2 (what I ordered) are usually a little large but as long as they have ankle support, I am okay. I ordered the 9 1/2 and it was too short. Nice looking, and comfortable. Sadly, it is going back.

I have a wide foot. They were very comfortable and I wore them the first day and had no problems. Will be ordering another pair in another color.

This is a nice looking shoe but fells like at least a size larger than marked.

This is a beautiful sandal. I have problem feet & I am diabetic. I normally wear a 10 wide. I have experienced this brand to run small. Ordered 10 wide. It's just not wide enough, and I could really use a 10.5 in these. Which is not offered. So for now, I re-ordered a double wide in a 10 & we'll see. I have to say, returning something at Zappo's, is amazingly easy! Which is why I order from here first. But they run out of sizes 10 wide or 10.5 wide very often. Or it's just not offered. Zappo's needs more non-dorked out shoes for women w/problem feet. Need to up the effort on that.

Here's the actual scoop with the fit of the tan/khaki color in 8.5 WW. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 WW, and rarely a 7.5 WW. It is about 1 full size too long only in the heel area - the strap is way too long/big in the heel. The toe area had a big gap of space between the top of my foot/toes and the strap over the toes. There was just enough room from the end of my toes to the edge of the sole. I've seen this problem in other brands, where the extra room is put in the heel area instead of the toe area. I won't try any smaller sizes as I can't do with any less toe area. The stitching on the leather edges would hurt if it rubbed in a better fit. The stitching seemed to make that part of the leather hard, or the leather just had hard edges. I did not find the leather as soft as I expected. The khaki was more of a regular leather than nubuck.

These shoes run long and narrow. My foot fit well inside but the sole was very narrow and my little toe hung over the edge.

This would have been an ideal fit and sandal for me, but for one thing... The heel strap is not adjustable and is HUGE. Had there been a velcro strap to adjust to my foot, it would have been perfect. As it is, they flop around on my foot. SO disappointed. Returning.

This shoe platform seemed to be the right length, but none of the straps touched my foot when on. There was at least 1.5 inch gap from my foot to all straps. I believe this shoes was mis-marked when manufactured. It said 8 N but all straps were too long and did not touch the foot anywhere.

Love zappos but not this shoe.
