This is a very attractive nicely made shoe. There is no acrh support, but the quality is otherwise high. I am returning it because this brand's 39 is too big for me. This partiular sizing system is a roll of the dice for me, e.g. a 39 Mephisto is an excellent fit, but a 39 Thierry Rabotin is way too small. Roll on the day a size number on a shoe is predictable. This brand is new to me, and this particular shoe would be an excellent buy for me if I were to add a commercial arch support. Thank you to ZAPPOS for their patience and justly famous fast delivery/return service.

Adorable but I suggest going up a full size.

My daughter had owned 2 pairs previously (2014) and she absolutely loves them. I've bought these in the same size and they run small. You have to size up (half a size). She has flat feet, and wears them almost every day (she leaves in a warm climate right now). Otherwise they are perfect. Buy it, you will not regret it. And Zappos is awesome!

I had owned a pair previously and loved them very much. They look lovely on your feet and are very well made. I just had to size up one full size for comfort.

Very nice looking- the scalloped edge distinguishes it from other more plain ballet flats. Ran really small and had to go up a full size.

This shoe is simply cute. It would be great with many different pants, skirts and shorts. Unfortunately it runs very small. I will be returning the shoes.
