These worked great for a week, but after just a few weeks no longer charge up.

While the shoes worked, they were fantastic. My 6 year old LOVED them. They were easy for her to change the light colors. But, the usb plug on the left shoe was defective and would not allow the shoe to charge. She was able to wear them for one day at school and then the batteries died. So we had to send them back. Customer service was not very good. I sent 2 emails and messaged on FB and still never heard from a customer representative. My husband found a customer service number to call and they were helpful with the return. Initially they told us it would be 3-4 weeks before we'd get a replacement pair because it takes that long for everything to process. We were able to get them to expedite the process but then got an email saying they no longer had her size. So we then told them we wanted our money back. Later that day my husband went to the website and found them in her size. We contacted them again asked to have a new pair sent. If she didn't love them so much I'd wouldn't mess with all of this.

Very hard to get on and my daughter got to cuts from the tongue rubbing on your foot

Love the shoes, though the zippers didn't work. Tired of dealing with this company.....used them without the zipper.

I ordered these shoes for my 8 year old grand daughter who was absolutely in '"dying to have them" mode. They arrived as scheduled, only to find out that the port on one shoe was defective and would not charge. I returned them after printing all necessary return labels. Only to find out there us no exchange policy. And, there is not a store near me who carries that particular size. From what I understand, I can't get a refund on my card until the shoe go to inspection. And once proven it was defective, the money would then be refunded to my card. With thst being said, I ordered her another pair from another site. I received them. They were less expensive because the other company has free shipping. They were charged when I opened the box. My grand daughter is absolutely in love with them and has worn them every day since their arrival. No thanks to Sketchers.com

My daughter has had 2 pairs of these shoes, the first one was exchanged within 3 months due to the lights on one shoe not working; same thing happened again within 4 months. My girl is very easy on her shoes and doesn't leave the house much other than school. For the price you pay for these flashy shoes (pun intended), it is not worth them not flashing after a few months.

We made sure we never wore them in the rain and that we did not over charge them. Half of the lights do not work anymore in 1 shoe. I expected that they would not last forever, but for the price i assumed the lights would last at least until she out grew them. Very disappointed.

My daughter got to wear these three times before the charging port died. Tried other chargers to no avail. Ducks cause she loved them. Didn't know they were broken til after the return time was past.

So I bought this in a store while we are traveling and my daughter instantly wore it around the mall we got back to our hotel room after 2 hours the shoes has ran out of batteries we decided to plug it in for 5 hours as recommended the next day one of the shoes does not work so we went back at the mall and the sales ladies gave us a new charger. so we got back in our home town the dang thing is broken. I don't have a sketchers dealership in our town, she only wore the shoes indoors at school for 3 days and the thing will not charge or work.

I bought these in December for a Christmas gift and so I didn't che con thwm our i just wrapped them hoping they worked. After Christmas I wanted to put them on my daughter but they only turned white and red. And two days later one stopped working. These are cute shoes but they have really poor quality.never buying them again!

My daughter has to literally stomp her feet so that the shoes can light up . I regret purchasing and if my daughter did not wear the shoes I would have returned them.

I ordered from Sketchers.com for my daughter for Christmas and when arrived one shoe did not light up at all. You would think they would check that they worked before shipping out but I guess not. I am shipping them back for a refund.

My daughter had these shies fkr two weeks and after waitingti receive them the lights quit working i was very disappointed and ended up trading for better quality with no lights no lights mean less hastle
