So bummed to be returning. ... I love the large size of this bag and the pink interior. The sheen of the fabric makes it look classy, resists stains and wipes clean really easily. Although not the eXomesh carry straps they are still slash proof. I found them to be very comfortable. My issues with the bag are that the outside zip pocket is under the yoga mat/jacket straps making it difficult to access that pocket, which I envision would be frequently. The zipper to that pocket also caught so it was difficult to close. Probably just the one I received. I have and LOVE the Pacsafe Citysafe CX backpack. I really like this brand, just didn't love this bag. Will try another one of their totes.

This is such a wonderful bag and almost perfect. It is perfect carry-on (personal item) size, why no trolly strap/pocket? Packsafe - bags this size need a way to secure to your roller luggage!!!

Quite surprised to see that this very spacious bag has a plain seatbelt webbing long strap, and not the Pacsafe slashproof straps. This was a dealbreaker for me. The other issue is that it was way too large for my needs (travel handbag/long days out). I have owned many Pacsafe bags in the last 5 years or so, and it seems like each new release gets "cheaper" as far as the locking mechanisms go. On my first one, the zippers were two-way and they locked together. Not so any longer. Going back to Zappos tomorrow.
