The first handbag I ordered was beautiful but arrived without the removable interior bag, which was a big selling point. I comtacted Zappos and they immediately sent me a replacement (before the first handbag was returned). The handbag that arrived two days later was poorly made with unattached grommets on one side, and (again) was missing the interior bag. I love the color and size of the handbag but am sending it back again, this time for a refund. Zappo’s customer service reps could not have been nicer (very apologetic and responsive with follow up emails) but this is not the first time this has happened and the issue needs to be addressed with the manufacturer.

It was a Tote so, hard to address size. Description is deceiving. Refers to a small interior bag in the description but there is not one with the bag. It does not stand upright. Maybe if it was full it would but falls completely over. The one I received had been folded for some time so the material "memory" is pretty strong. Color is nice. I was surprised it did not arrive in a protective bag, not even plastic. Just put in the box, not even a piece of packing paper or anything to protect it. I am returning it since it is way over priced for what you get. But for future buyers... Please note it does not come with the smaller interior bag.

I love this purse just a little out of my price range...

I was hesitant to order this because reviews said that their order did not come with the mini bag inside. So of course when I open my bag, My order did not come with the removable mini bag inside as well. I called customer service and they were great about it and is going to send me one but it’s still such an unnecessary hassle ?. Also the bag didn’t come with any authorization tags or in a mcm dust bag like if you ordered it from Nordstrom’s or the website but I do not think it is fake. It is great material and heavy duty.

My bag is great but haven’t received a clutch inside, why?

Perfect bag! The little clutch inside is great for a night out. It’s like 2 bags in 1. I haven’t tried the reverse side yet but thought that was cute too.

Amazing and wonderful bag! Love the inside pouch, it's lined in the softest suede. I've been carrying for more than 6 months and doesn't show any sign of wear. If you're hesitating on purchasing, don't, do it! Best bag ever!

My new go-to bag! This bag has space for days. I use the pouch, which is large enough to carry a full size wallet and my coin purse, to keep my tote organized.

Why haven’t my item been shipped already

It’s a big bag. Purchased for my grandma. She said it was too big. Uncomfortable on her shoulder. It is a nice bag.
