The shoes run way to big

I have multiple pairs of CH, and am a huge fan, but this design/material runs 1/2 size big.

Overall a good shoe. Good looking light weight shoe but the soles are not very comfortable to be in all day.

The shoes fit great, but there was an imperfection. On the edge of the sole that's visible on the side of the shoe, it looks like a puncture or something. For the price I paid I would have expected the workmanship to be perfect.

Great show but the tag in the back heel digs into your skin creating blisters

For those of us with wider feet, they may not be as comfortable.

Need to return. Shoes were too big

Even though I have other shoes in similar style these were huge.

Something is odd... you 'really' have to break them in... they seem narrow and will crunch the bones/tendons very so slightly that they will definitely get your attention (aka hurt). Its strange... I walked all day (literally) in Vegas at CES first time I wore them.. 6 hours walking.. no issue. Wow, great... then I put them on a week later and could barely make it through the airport and had to change shoes. They look great and I want to love them and am working hard to break them in... give they a try... just know they are odd and may need some work to be awesome for you. I thought they'd be great immediately... you gotta work at this pair of shoes. Ultimately I think they'll be one of my faves.. best to you.

Love the leather versions of these Zero Grand shoes but the woven version is not for me. In the same size I bought in the leather version it did not fit tightly on my foot. Rides up on my heel. Even a half size down doesn't fit the way I like. I'll stick with the non-woven version. Very happy with them.

So disappointing to order the same size as another Cole Haan shoe that I love and it not even being close to fitting me.

The back of these shoes dig into my ankle causing blisters

Beautiful shoes but I wish they had wide fit

Can't weR them, the design tears up the back of your ankles, horrible and big disappointment

Horrid. Massive blisters on Achilles. Wore these to work and my feet were destroyed. Felt like knives cutting through the back of my feet

The shoes design are flawed on that the back of the show has a flap that rubs into your achilles and causes friction and eventually a blister. I had to cut the shoe to remove the pressure so that i can now wear the shoe. It is a beautiful shoe and i am a committed cole haan customer, however this design flaw was disappointing.

Very narrow. Tight and chafes through thick socks. Wore 1 time, back of my ankles are bleeding. Never again. Worst shoes ever. Sorry
