I bought these for my husband who is a school administrator. He loved the style and fit- very comfortable for someone who is on their feet all day. He wears business casual clothes so they style goes perfectly.

Great shoe! Very comfortable and looks great. Fits true to size, but it does feel looser/more casual versus a standard dress shoe. Was a little lighter grey than I wanted so I returned it and got the darker grey (just my preference).

Sizes are weird, I ordered 2 of same size and one is to narrow.

The shoes are a bit long and were tight around the sides at first but after wearing them for a few hours, the stitch stretched enough so that it feels comfortable.

unusual size, usually 13 but way to big (long) went with 12 better length but a bit tight

This is a great shoe, but it doesn't fit me well. I have a pair of Original Grand Oxfords I ordered at the same time. They're very similar shoes, besides the sole. The reason I didn't keep the Zero Grands was the heel cup felt lower than in the Original Grands. My heel floated in the back of the shoe, which would have driven me crazy. I kept the Original Grands and returned the Zero Grands. I still love the way the Zero Grands look and feel, and really wanted to keep them. The heel cup didn't lock my heel down, though.

Style and comfort of this shoe is great. My only issue is with the laces. They seem to degrade in quality over time and begin to tear. Anyone else experiencing this as well?

Very cool shoe, but there are a few Items to consider before purchasing... PROS: - These shoes look amazing - The knit upper makes them breathable and light - The sneaker style rubber soles makes these more comfortable than your typical oxfords/dress shoes POTENTIAL WATCH OUTS: - As mentioned in other reviews, these shoes run a full size large in length and are better suited for average to narrow width feet - With thicker socks, the heel cup of this shoe feels a bit shallow, but I think the shoe intended for more of a summer look as this problem goes away when worn without socks or a thinner foot cover - As with any white, fabric shoe, applying a good stain/water protectant is key to keeping them clean. Although the shoes are well-made, the more delicate knit fabric will not hold up to harsh scrubbing or machine washing.

I liked them, really only a shoe for when it’s not cold or wet (it has holes in the upper). very light and comfy, not on the level of the Hamilton grand, but a great alternative for the summer!

Adding a second review after wearing these on a week-long business trip. I originally felt the shoes to be comfortable when I walked around the house. However, when I spent some time in them, the left shoe became unbearably uncomfortable. Every step was painful across the top of my foot. No amount of adjustment in the laces would help. The right shoe was fine. Then after 3 days of wearing, it suddenly got better. Perhaps the material broke in, but I’ve not experienced uncomfortable footwear like that since breaking in my old Army boots. Surprising as it’s built on top of a sneaker. But now 4 days into wearing them non-stop, they are finally feeling comfortable as their sneaker roots would suggest.

Lot of reviews on these running large. They are exactly the same as any other Cole Haan, and in general, they do run a little bit bigger than some brands. I've got 3-4 different pairs of Cole Haan's and I always take a 14, where I need a 15 in brands like Nike or Ecco (48). The shoe is pretty comfortable, but narrow. I have a relatively normal width foot, maybe just a tad on the narrow side of normal. They are snug. Haven't worn them enough to see if the material will give over time, but when I look down at my feet with these on, you can just see how narrow they are, especially if you are used to wearing athletic shoes. That said, if you get the right size, they are comfortable (for moderate use, wouldn't want to walk all day at Disneyland with them on). They breathe fairly well and look pretty good.

Fun alternative to a sneaker. Wanted to wear without socks, but shoe feels large with bare feet

Husband is a solid & average 10D. I purchased this shoe for him. He is on his feet for work most days, so definitely discriminating regarding his comfort. He found these only a touch narrow (not uncommon for my experience of Cole Haan for women, anyway), but not enough to be a problem for his average width foot. He says arch support is pretty good, and he likes the style! These shoes are extremely lightweight. Super awesome for travel needs, which is why they were purchased. The sole may pick up some dirt & such, with the gaps in the bottom, but this still seems right for our upcoming travel. Husband is looking forward to having this shoe for upscale casual events, travel & otherwise. All that said, it’s a pricey shoe. But, if you’re already shopping in this price range, this is a great option!

A half size too large so I ordered them smaller

I have a pair of Zerogrands with suede, as well as a number of pairs of Lunargrands. They are my favorite work shoes because of their comfort, style and durability. I ordered a pair of the stichlite oxfords for the summer months so my feet could "breathe" and to switch up my wardrobe a bit. I love the styling but the fit on these is very different than what I am accustomed to from my other Cole Haans. Specifically, the shoe runs about a full size larger than normal. The fit around the ankle for my normal size was horrible and even a half size down, the shoe felt sloppy on my foot and the lockdown was poor. I was able to go a full size down and they are relatively comfortable and work well enough. However, if you have wide feet, I'd forget about sizing down to own a pair. In order to size down to fit the length of your foot, you also sacrifice width. My feet aren't wide but I can tell that there is less shoe underfoot than if I was in my normal size. Again, this isn't a deal breaker but it is an inconvenience and contributes to a slightly abnormal fit. Overall, I like the shoe but I don't love it, for the reasons listed above. Proceed with caution and be prepared to send a pair or two back -- you may find the right fit, or you may not.

I ordered a 13 and it was really big. The 12s fit much better, but I still have some room in the toe, and they seem pretty narrow. I light, comfortable shoe.
