This is an unbeatable sandal for wide feet. I'd owned a previous pair that I wore until they were falling apart. To my surprise, these are even better. The ochre color is great against the skin of your feet, the shoes wide, there's just enough arch support without hitting the top of your foot wrong, and the toes are comfortably cradled by the side straps. No need for a break-in period--they're perfect straight from the box.

I love this sandal and can wear it for almost any occasion. Because my feet take a size slim, I have few choices of shoes period. I have this sandal in 3 colors now.

Love duo sandals! They are a supremely comfortable sandal and elegant as well. I would just request SAS to produce dark brown duo sandals with a dark base and insole. I don't like the look of the light colored bases. Would love to see duo in 'teddy' colors - dark brown suede with a dark brown base.

I have this sandal in nearly every color. I started buying it when it first came out several years ago and have added new colors every year. It is so comfortable and supportive of my arch. Please never discontinue this shoe.

These are my favorite shoes for work and all day long. When my last pair wore out (after 12 years), I tried some cheaper shoes for a couple of weeks. After wearing other shoes, I had hip pain and could tell it was due to the shoes. I ordered a new pair of these SAS, and that took care of the pain! My feet and body are very happy with these shoes!
My first pair was 7.5 regular, so I ordered the same size again. At first they felt tight, but then after a couple of weeks they began to stretch a bit and now are perfect. so, order true to size.

I have 2 pairs of this sandal, and I wear them a lot. I bought them about 15 years ago, and they are still in good shape. Only repair - I had to sew the heel buckle back on the left one. They are the most comfortable shoes I own.

Have worn SAS shoes for over 30 years, only brand that allows me to walk without pain. Love DUO, have owned many pairs but would love to see them in red again. Owned a pair in that color many years ago, they were gorgeous! Seems like there are too many shades of white, tan, and brown now...why not offer them in red, yellow, and teal in wide sizes as well?

Summer is almost here which makes my feet happy because I can wear sandals. I have type 2 diabetes and non-SAS shoes have hurt my feet in the past. Your sandals are just what I need! Most comfortable I have ever tried. Good job again SAS, as my feet are no longer a concern.

I’m in love with these shoes! I love nice thong sandals and usually wear them spring through part of fall. A few years ago I broke my left metatarsal and had severe damage to the ligaments in my toes. After extensive surgery, my left foot is a little larger than my right so it is hard to find any shoe in the same size that fits both of my feet, but SAS has done a remarkable job with the Sanibel. I love that they are adjustable over the top as well as thickness of the thong. I can adjust the thong to be a little taller and the strap to fit a little looser on my left toe and you really can’t notice the difference. I first purchased the Oro which is a fun polka dot gold on gold finish that is just too adorable. I am back to get it in the smoke color. These are so very comfortable as I can wear them all day and still have have happy feet by the end of the day. Some have asked the difference in the SAS vs Birkenstock. Just my opinion, but I have several pairs of Birkenstocks and since I purchased the SAS Sanibel, I never wear my Birkenstocks. After wearing the SAS, I find the Birkenstocks really hard and harsh on my feet and although the SAS isn’t squishy soft, I find they are cushy with just enough support to last throughout the day.

I wear these shoes almost every day. I am not into slippers, but these are the same as to me. They are what I put on when I get out of bed and unless I am going outside to work they stay on all day. They have a little bit of arch support and enough of a heel to be very comfortable. Just as one would expect from SAS. I have a very narrow foot and there is enough adjustment to these sandals to fit securely.
