These were too wide in the heel, as mentioned before, and even after my added inserts my heel kept slipping out of them. Had to return. Thank you Zappos for being so easy to do business with.

Initially, I thought this shoe was very comfortable. Then I realized the toe box was smooshing my toes. The length was fine, just not enough room. I need a boxier toe box.

This was my 3rd pair of Eccos and I could not be more disappointed with the shoes (& the fact that I didn't try wearing them around the house longer before wearing them outside). The arch support is wonky and my heels slips which isn't a problem except the balls of my feet ache after wearing these for 2-3 hours. Not good for a walking shoe. I've tried everything I can think of from new memory foam insoles to cushions in the front and back of my shoes to help with the pain and slipping. Nothing worked. Super bummed. Ecco must have changed their manufacturing. I'd returned these if I hadn't already worn them. As it is since they're almost brand new I'm going to try and donate them to a charity in hopes that they fit someone else's feet.

Same size as the similar model I've been wearing, but these shoes are a half size to a full size too big. I can't order a smaller size as 35 seems to be the smallest made. Quite disappointed, I'd found Eccos to fit me well, but if the company has "grown" the sizing, I'll have to give them up.
