A little snug but returning because can’t zip left zipper when shoe is on

Wore these shoes for a trip to las Vegas. Walked over 20,000 steps a day. These shoes caused large blisters on my heel. Shoes felt fine everywhere else but rubbed on the back of my heel.

These look so cute, however the fit was super narrow. I tried them with thinner socks and that helped, but the left one was still tight. I couldn’t imagine wearing them all day like that. Disappointed in having to return them. I appreciate that Zappos makes it easy to give shoes a try though. Great company!

I have looked at these shoes for awhile and finally bought them. I love ECCO shoes and bought my usual size. These hurt my feet immediately just in the house. The zipper space by my ankle wasn't comfortable at all. Sadly had to return. I wanted to love them but they just felt awkward. I'm not convinced a half or full-size up would have made the difference.

The shoe has a double insole, which is quite clever in theory. With the top insole removed, the shoe is wider, which is what I need. However, with that insole removed, the shoe doesn't have enough cushion to be comfortable. There was no way I could use my own orthotics to make the shoe more comfortable. I loved the blue color and the style, although I need a bit more heel.

I'm usually a 9 or 9.5. The corresponding 40 was too tight in one foot, which was a drag as I loved the look of this shoe - so cute, and the suede really smooth. I ordered the next size up, 41, and the length was fine but I can't even zip up the little side zipper. The worst part, though, is the suede is bumpy and not smooth at all. Looks awful and cheap. Sending these back and thinking of trying one more time, but honestly at this price ECCO should have consistent materials and the width should be consistent from size to size.

Very uncomfortable compared to what I was expecting. Hoping they loosen up over time. May have to get an insert so the foot bed is more comfortable. Currently very hard footbed.

While the leather is buttery soft, I could tell within a few wearings every bump and weird toe shapes of my feet would be "visible" through the leather. Guess I need something more structured. As for size, I wear a 9.5 and the 40 was a perfect fit without socks. I purchased the rose/gray. Returned.

These sneakers are very cute and trendy. I have medium width feet with a high instep. I couldn’t zip these shoes up. Such a pain because I wanted these to work. Sadly they went back.

I was so disappointed. I love the style and comfort of the foot bed, however the toe box is just too tight when I put on socks. I hate to return them but they just won't work for winter if I can't wear warm socks.

This bootie was such a disappointment. Cute online but the fit was too small, too tight, generally not acceptable. Had to return.

Show looked really good . Quality seemed to be there. Sizing is the problem . Shoe runs small. I had even order a size larger based on the US sizes they provided.

This boot feels cramped in the toes, and is not as comfortable as I'd hoped it would be. I also don't like having the zipper close on the outside of the boot. It would have been much better on the inside. I will be returning this.

This heel was oddly shaped it had a hard bump that curved into the shoe which rubbed against the side of my heel. I've never had a shoe shaped like that in the heel. Very uncomfortable.

These were simply not very attractive on my feet. Maybe if I wore a size 7 they'd be okay. Remind me of the galoshes I used to have to wear to grammar school!

Yikes ECCO what are you doing! I've ordered my usual ECCO size and it was way too small, so I went up to at 12! Still too small, very narrow. So disappointed - looking for another brand. I've used ECCO exclusively for years.

The size and fit is ok. Strange how the pair I have in black is the same size yet is larger. The material and color is very nice. Too bad the left shoe is not stitched properly by the zipper. Once the bootie is on the zipper does not go up. You can see and feel a bulge at the base of the zipper. Shame on you Ecco.!! A good quality shoe should be just that.

I was so excited to get these. I love the look but they make my feet and back hurt. :/ Want to return
