I have achilles insertional tendonitis from sciatic pain and these suckers have been a saving grace! I typically wear Chacos all summer long and was having trouble finding cute, comfy, warm, breathable winter shoes and boy did I luck out with these. They are definitely worth the quality and craftsmanship. Highly recommend.

My new fave shoe! I've been eyeing these for about a year now and so glad that I finally bought them. Mine fit great TTS. I usually wear an 8M and the EU39 fit fine even without socks. Definitely on trend at the moment and you can't beat the comfort! Do yourself a favor and order them now!

My new/current favorite shoes. Sneakers with a lot more style. Booties with a lot more comfort. They are so cute and comfortable. Though I’ve not worn this pair yet (my second pair, have another in a different color that I’ve been wearing and loving), I love the color and recommend them wholeheartedly. I get compliments on the pair I’ve been wearing (wore them walking the streets of Paris for miles and miles) and they hold up really well. With all the wear, they still look great.

These are beautiful and quality made booties. I am not keeping them only because I live most of the time in a warm climate which would be more sandal weather. The rest of the time I live where it is cold and damp and not the best for these beautiful shoes. They run normal in length but I found that with a simple insert (foam) they fit better around the foot. I have a very small foot though.

They fit perfectly. I chose the Fig color. Very versatile- kind of a brownish/maroon. They are easy to walk in and perfect for skinny or straight-leg jeans. Easy on and off too. I find no slippage in the heel. Before wearing them I did treat them with a suede protectant.

These are the perfect fall/winter shoe. Does not fit like a boot, very cute and ohhh so comfy.

Love the way these Soft 7 booties fit! I have 3 pair. Finally found a walking boot! The gray rose is a beautiful color. A bit more gray than rose.

Love, love, love the style and comfort of this bootie. I purchased the burgundy wine color and they are beautiful. Go well with all shades of jeans and are comfy with or without socks. The material is durable and can handle a bit of rain. I wear these when I travel too because they are more stylish than sneakers and provide easy on/off and lots of comfort for walking. Overall, highly recommend.

For me these ran a half size too small. I’m always a 40/9 but these felt like 8.5. Other than that they are really cute. I love the style and the leather is very high quality. returned them, but will likely repurchase in a size bigger.

These are a cute and comfy shoe! They do feel a size smaller than my usual fit in Ecco. However they fit perfectly when I sized up. I was able to insert my own orthotic with no problem!

I purchased this shoe in black suede. I sprayed twice with water repellant and it did not change the color or feel of the suede. I suffer from peripheral neuropathy in my feel so a comfortable fit is most important and this style was perfect right out of the box. I recently wore the shoe for over 6 hours of walking on city pavement and the only complaint was it was a very warm day and my feet were sweaty but no aches or pain. I came to Zappos because I want to purchase in other colors. It is a very fashionable look with leggings, jeans without looking like a "comfort " shoe. I have only purchased Echo sandals in the past as have never liked the shoe styles but this one is not only fashionable it is so cute!

I have a pretty wide foot. I can where some M width, but whenever possible order the W. This was perfect for me.

AWESOME! I had surgery on feet from a fall...right foot has a callus that causes discomfort. I have ordered a lot of shoes online and some work and some do not. By chance, I walked into a shoe store in Squirrel Hill, Pittsburgh. They had beautiful, stylish but comfortable shoes to actually try on. I saw these but they did not have navy. The navy was out of stock...back ordered so I decided to try Zappos. Two days later...the box arrived. OH MY GOSH! I put these ECCOS on...wore them all day...without one ounce of pain. I think they are so pretty. I usually wear a 9M, and the 9M fits perfectly. I am going to look online to see what other choices I may find. I definitely recommend these low cut booties.

I bought the black ones last year and returned for the soft grey this time. This is such a comfortable shoe and it has great arch support. I like the way it looks: good materials, stylish and interesting. Ecco is my go-to brand for shoes that I can wear while working for 12+ hours (film production), and I'm happy to wear them for everything except the dressiest occasions.

Can wear these all day and forget I have them on. Because there’s a small zipper, I’m not straining to hold them on my feet—they feel as if they’re a part of my foot. Essentially like I’m barefoot w/warm toes and protected feet!

This is the THIRD pair of Ecco Soft 7, low cut booties I have bought over the course of a year! I have the black, shale, and now the Cashmere Cow. I LIVE in these shoes-winter/spring/fall-they work for (almost) all seasons. They are like wearing slippers all day-so comfortable. I even got some people at my work obsessed with these. I know they're pricey-but they're worth it!

Love these shoes! I was hesitant due to the price, but you get what you pay for! I was a little concerned at first about the heel being a little loose when I first tried them on, but decided to keep them and it was a non-issue after walking around all day in them. Comfort on day one! I usually wear a 9.5-10 and ordered a size 41. Great fit. Wish I ordered these sooner.

After reading reviews and sizing, I bought a 39 in the shale gray. I love these boots with my leggings. Very easy to slip on and comfortable out of the box. No rubbing. I am a standard 38/US 8 in most other shoes, but I'm glad I bought the 39. I think the 38 would have cramped my toes, but the 39 does have some extra room for thicker socks (it's still below freezing here). I have narrow heels, and there is some slippage and room, but the style allows for that without looking too big. The color options are so huge and I might buy another pair. Quality seems high.

Wow - these are the bomb! Comfortable (a tiny bit loose in the heel) and very hip. I really want another pair but will have to save my pennies! I am a 9 (sometimes and 81/2 in a tennis shoe) and ordered a Euro 40 (9-91/2) and they're perfect. Got them in black and want the Nubuck.

This is my second pair of these shoes, I love them that much. I have a hard foot to fit and these feel great and I can walk in them all day and not get tired feet. I like the removable leather insole a lot, no odor!

I love these shoes. I wear an arch support insert in a lot of my shoes but do not need to for these. I also have a high instep and these fit great. A lot of booties I cannot zip up. My foot is also on the wide side. For this 60 yr old I feel very hip wearing them with crop jeans.

Very cute! Zipper was a bit stiff but can fix with a tiny bit of lubricant. I normally wear a 7.5 and the 38 with a sport cotton ped was a good fit. Received with scratches on the nubuck leather, however Zappos was quick to resolve and sent me a replacement without re-charging my card.

Everything about this shoe is perfect and it is one of the few shoes that has been comfortable right out of the box. I have plantar fasciitis and need shock absorbing heel support, and the Ecco Soft 7 line has been one of the only shoes I can walk in comfortably with minimal pain. This is true to Soft 7 build. The first layer of insole is removable (and reveals extra width) but I replaced the first layer insole with the one I typically use. I have a wide toe box, high arches and narrow heels and this shoe offered enough room to wiggle my toes. I usually wear a size 9 in Ecco and athletic shoes and this fit true to size, and a little more toe box wiggle room than the Soft 7 tie up shoes, without being any looser in the heel. This bootie style allows you to wear proper ankle socks too which is great for winter. LOVE THIS SHOE!

I bought these shoes about 4 months ago for a trip to Norway. I just returned and had to tell you I LOVED these shoes. They really performed. Norway is cold with lots of rain. These booties kept my feet warm and dry (they're waterproof). I wore them almost every day, but they still don't show any water stains or ware. I bought the light colored ones and they still look like new.
