Returning these. They were just a bit too loose and clunky feeling. The price is too high to try ordering a smaller size. I have a wide foot and these still seemed too wide. The style would be nice with pants.

I think these would be cute with jeans or slacks. The fit was slightly too big for me. I ordered a 7 and box said 7/7.5. For the price I dont think I will re-order the smaller size.

These booties are made of the softest leather and felt true to size. The width in the toes was perfect. I'm usually a 6 1/2 or 7 and the size 36 fit well, except right over my arches, where they were extremely tight. My arches are high and I have that problem with boots, so if you don't have high arches you'll probably love these.

I wanted to love these shoes. They’re so cute! I have narrow, flat feet. The arch support is comfortable, but there’s just too much room around my heel and over the top of my foot. The size is perfect for length, but my foot is just too narrow. Sending back.

I liked these shoes. They were very comfortable, had very good arch support, room in the toe box, and were good looking. However, I couldn't get the zipper zipped! Granted, I wear a size 12/43, but my feet are not abnormal--just big. This happened on another Ecco pair I purchased as well. It was a sneaker with a zipper instead of laces. Just couldn't get it zipped while the rest of the shoe was perfect. I had to send back both pair.

These were nice booties, however they did not fit correctly. They also did not have enough arch support for me. I ordered an additional arch support insole and swapped these with the insoles that came with the bootie. This helped some. The deal breaker for me was that in just sitting, the top of the booties hurt my ankles, after only a short time. The right bootie also was too tight across the toe box for me. I had hoped these would work for me, as I really liked the bootie, but it soon became obvious that if I kept them, I was going to have sore feet and ankles. The leather is a nice soft leather, and I really liked the style. I am upset that I needed to send them back. The bootie itself was fine, I just have picky feet. I typically have difficulty finding shoes that fit correctly and are comfortable.

I Loved these and wanted them to work so badly, but just too narrow for my foot. I don't usually wear wide, though.

These were very odd fitting shoes. The toe of the shoe fit perfectly. The heel and ankle area was huge. The top of the shoe was much higher than the top of my foot.

Love the feel and look of this shoe! I love that it is casual but cute. It does run a little large, but I do have a narrow foot. I was debating sending them back for a smaller size, but was worried they might be too short in length. Now that I have worn them and can't send them back, I wish I had exchanged them for the small size. However, with the bootie style I am able to wear them even with the extra roominess.

So bummed out. I love the looks of this shoe but the sizing is difficult. I wear a 9.5 to 10. The size 40 is ever-so-slightly too small especially if you plan to wear socks. The 41 was too large...heel slipped and even with socks still would have been too large. Seems like there needs to be an in between size.

These are really nice sneakers. Very light weight and good quality, also great for wide feet. However, they are WAY overpriced. I returned them simply because I couldn’t justify the price. The term bootie is misleading - these are a high top sneaker and not even remotely boot like.

This shoe is so cute and Zappos has it for the best price. For the price, I expect more in a pad in the shoe. Even my Toms have better cushioning than this shoe. I'll stick another pad in the shoe and wear it because I think it's cute. I have very small feet and the sizing is off. ECCO calls a 35 size 4-4.5, but it fits like a size 5.

Really comfortable, nice style, just what I was looking for--but I didn't like the color.

A well-made shoe. However, didn't like the pebbly leather or the short ankle style (better for warmer months).

I love the style of this bootie! The suede is soft and the inside lining is smooth, so it does not rub anywhere on my toes or bunion. Although this shoe feels about 1/2 size too large, I am keeping them because with a thin sock, they fit perfectly. I may try a thin insert as well. Because of the style, they do not slip off the heel. I bought the dark brown suede, and they seem to go with black as well as blue or gray slacks. Perfect for South Texas winters, where the weather is never too cold.

These are really cute and fit well. They’re just the shorter version of Ecco’s other similar boot. My biggest complaint, which is why I returned them is, the leather doesn’t look leathery. The boot looks like a rain boot to me which makes it too casual for what I was looking for.

These are simply really expensive low-top (not at all high, as they image implies) sneakers, so I sent them back.

Eccos shoes are always super comfortable! These seems a bit over-priced considering it's a lightweight shoe but I love their comfort and the style is basic but cute/modern. I returned the bordeaux because I thought the mud grey color would be more neutral and go with more clothes; and the bordeaux was a bit towards the purple side. My lace up Ecco sneakers are a size 42 but I needed a 43 in these. I generally wear an 11-11.5.

I do a lot of walking, stairs, hills; im always on the go and needed a dressy comfortable shoe that could fit my lifestyle. Great comfortable roomy shoe, just like my tennis shoes but dressier. I got the burgundy color which helps dress up my semi casual outfits.

Love, love, LOVE these. Really very comfortable but alas, I'll be sending them back. Why? Read on fellow Zappos devote. PROS: The insoles are removable for those of us who wear orthotics (YAY!!). The little zipper makes these easy to get in and out of. The toe box is wider than, oh say, the Sofft Britton IIs, so a bit more space for those of us with bunions too. The soles are grippy. Not overly so as to squeak wherever you roam, but not as slippery as, oh say, the Sofft Britton IIs. See a theme here? CONS: The brown color is okay. Not nice. Not terrible. Just meh. And for $180, I'd like a bit more satisfaction in the color. The cut out in the back for the achilles. This feature could be a pro OR a con, but for me it's a con because it makes the shoes look a bit more granny than I'd like for my $180. Not that grannies are bad. Love mine. Just don't like her shoes. Good luck!
