The boot felt shallow and my heel would slip

I own this bootie style from ecco for the last five years. I love my old bootie, that i still wear, but this one is cut differently. It is way more narrower. I am sad to have to return it, but it’s just not the same as the ones I already own. If you have a very narrow foot, these would be perfect for someone. I wear a 38 which is a 7 to 7 1/2 and that is what I ordered. They are just a bit too narrow and maybe just a bit too small.

The material was great but I was unable fit beyond my instep, too high of an arch.

The heel slipped off the back of my foot and toe box was tight.

Okay, felt a bit loose, overall I am happy with the purchase. Beware, the soles squeak a lot on tile floors.

Very nice comfortable shoes. Too big though and I think a tad too expensive for what they are.

It’s a combined size shoe. And it ran to the small side. I need the full 9.5. Returned.

This is my second pair of this color. This pair feels really tight ... same size as I bought a few years ago. I have stretchers in them now. Fingers crossed!

I liked the larger 11 fit. I am between 10.5 and 11. The shoe was nice looking, light and the leather nice. I need a bootie that comes up higher on the ankle in the cold climate I live in. I would like this shoe as a winter shoe in Southern California, where your ankle does not freeze.

The shoe is true to size and width with a comfortable sole. It felt a bit too loose around the ankle, so sometimes I felt my ankle turning easily.

Love the style, but it runs small and is snug. The upper material is lightweight and very flexible. Had to return.

These are very cute boots and very comfortable foot bed. They just hit in the wrong place on my right foot---where I have a bunion. Otherwise they would be perfect. I love the color and styling and the left foot was so comfy!

Okay, first you need to know I am incredibly particular about shoes: I want a shoe that doesn't slip off my narrow ankle, that doesn't tie (who has time for shoelaces? Not me), and versatile enough to go with 90% of my outfits and allow me comfort to walk multiple miles in a day. I know, I'm insane. That said, this shoe checks most of these boxes. It's cute and goes with pants and dresses. My toes are a teeny bit crowded, but my heel basically doesn't slip. And they zip. So, mostly a win!

The fit was pretty much perfect except the heel part which feels a little looser than I like. However I think with thicker socks it will be fine.

Really like this bootie. It does seem to run a bit wide but I wear a lot of Ecco shoes and know I can’t go down to a 39. Clearly I am a 391/2. I’m keeping the shoe but wearing a thicker sock with it.

Lightweight and comfortable shoes. Quick on and off, which would be great for going through airport security. Because my usual size was not available and I did not know how the sizes ran, I ordered a size larger than usual. As it turned out, when I wear very thin compression socks the ankle feels a little loose but the shoe is otherwise extremely comfortable, even with a bunion on one foot. When I wear regular socks, the loose ankle issue disappears. I would suggest ordering a size larger than usual with these shoes.

Style wise , you can’t go wrong with these shoes. Easy to slip on and zip, looks great with skinny jeans and is the perfect height. Great arch support, I would say I could’ve ordered a half size smaller and been ok, they fit a little loose for my normal size. Wish there was a tiny bit more cushion cause the insole is kinda hard, but it molds to the foot well.

Very hard to zip if you have a high instep.

Wanted to love them but had to purchase the high cut option. These rubbed on my ankles.

I have this bootie in aubergine, which is my favorite shoe wear. I accidentally ordered the wrong size in black, so they were too big, but my aubergine ones are size 37, perfect for me. (I felt I should rate the shoe based on my correct size so as not to lead others astray by my mistake) The all-black color is less cute and fun, a little bit grannyish.

I ordered this bootie in a size 39. I usually wear an 8 or an 8 1/2. The length seemed perfect. I could barely feel arch support, but I would have removed the insole and added my orthotics anyway. It is a beautiful leather bootie. However, I have narrow heels and there is no way to tighten this bootie. I felt like I could almost pull the shoe off while it was still zipped up. It slipped a lot in the heels when I walked.

The design is what I was looking for. A cute short leather bootie. Unfortunately, I will have to return because I had difficulty even getting it on. I am always a regular size 10 and I ordered the 10-10.5 and it is definitely too small. I struggled to get it on and couldn't even get the zippers up. So I can't say it is comfortable because of the tightness. That being said, I think I will give it another shot and reorder a size larger. I was excited by the many positive reviews and for the price I just knew I had finally found the right shoe so I'm kind of frustrated that I have to go through the hassle of returning and re-ordering. Other than that I think this shoe would have worked out nicely.

I have the zip-side sneaker, which is a lower version of this Low Cut Zip Bootie, and the fit is quite a bit different. These are very snug in the width and the top of the foot. The length is fine, so I don’t think sizing up would help. My arch is high, and my foot just felt too squished. Not comfortable at all without socks and way too tight with socks. Too bad I can’t find the zip side sneaker in my size. They are the perfect fit, even a little big to allow for socks.
