I needed a shoe that was stylish enough to wear with dresses on my 6 block walk from the train to work as I just couldn't do the athletic shoe with dress look. These fit the bill. They look cool. The big selling point is that they are as comfortable as an athletic shoe. Now I wouldn't go running in these, but they are good enough for walking. Also, they are not narrow in the toe box. I was worrying that Zappos was going to cut me off due to all the shoes I have ordered trying to find something stylish yet comfortable. My foot is narrow everywhere but my toes (bunion issues). I am so relieved to finally have found something. I love the easy on/off with the zipper. The removable inner sole is a great idea. I have replaced with an insert with a more supportive arch as the arch support is moderate.

This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever purchased. There was no break-in time. I put them on and was good from that moment on. The leather is so very soft. The zippers worked well. The color was true to the picture online. These are wonderful!

These are great booties. Love them. I have the darker gray and wear them quite a bit since I've had them now probably a month or so and the keep my feet warmer than wearing flats all the time. Great support, comfortable to walk in for long periods of time and my feet feel great. I did return these as I got the wrong size. I wear a 7 or size 38 as they have them marked of being 7-7.5 and they were too big in the toe area. So I'll reorder to size 37 6-6.5 fit perfectly.

These shoes are so comfortable! This is my second pair. I have the black and the taupe. Very good support, not heavy, roomie enough for socks. I did go a half size up. ECCOs are a little pricey but the comfort is worth it for me.

The left bootie had a flaw next to zipper. I called to exchange. The fit, style, color and comfort are fantastic. No breaking in needed. Felt wonderful with the first steps.

Love this shoe! I have 2 colors, and did spray them with a water repellent protector. This keeps the leather looking new and clean. I have a narrow foot and they fit great! So comfortable.

Ecco is one of my favorite brands. I love these shoes but I have a high instep and they place too much pressure there. Great shoes though. Could be a little more arch support also.

Love the fit, super comfy, super cute, just need to buy some kind of protectant to help them stay looking good.

These are by far my favorite new shoes in ages! It used to be I couldn't get a good fit in Ecco as they were too wide and slipped off my heel. Something has changed though in the last year and now they are absolutely a perfect fit. Really great styling and materials and I feel like I could walk for miles if I wanted in complete comfort. I'm now the proud owner of two pairs even though they are an investment. A real winner Ecco, thanks!

I was so excited to find this ankle boot in a 12-12.5 size but it fit more like a 12 and with my orthotic the instep was too tight. The leather of this boot is soft and pliable so I thought it might accommodate my foot with the orthotic. Can't say enough good about Zappos, great, fast service!!! Wonderful doing business with a company like this.

These shoes are so comfortable. Nothing agrees with my feet but these shoes proved the exception. I wear a wide so ordered a size up and 2 sizes up. Keeping 2 sizes up. It fits without binding and is wide enough. The material is yummy on my feets!

I wear an 8.5M, and these fit perfectly and were comfortable right out of the box. They look great with jeans and slacks, and I know they'll be my go-to shoe this winter. (In L.A., 'winter' has a different meaning, so I have no idea how they would perform in snow.) But for our usually temperate climate, they will be a three-season shoe, which is what I was looking for. Well made, stylish, comfortable, and with great arch support.

I love these shoes. I wear a size 12 and these are a little loose which makes them perfect for wearing thick socks in the winter. I have several shoes with the Soft 7 soles and find them very comfortable for my flat feet.

My feet are very hard to fit with any shoe and as soft and cute as the were the did not fit across the toe area for me.

Love love love! So comfy right from box, no “breaking in” period. Great cool weather shoe!

I love these shoes--perfect fit, perfect style for an older woman, and perfectly practical for Chicago winters. I bought three pairs so I'd still have a couple of pairs when they [inevitably] go out of inventory. Perfect customer service from Zappo's too, as usual. When the third pair turned out to have a flaw in the zipper, Zappo's replaced them within 24 hours and gave me a gift certificate to boot, so to speak!

These are very cute boots. Nicely made I loved them but they run a little narrow, so i had to send them back. Wish they came in a wide.

Love these! They are cuter on than they look in the photos! And the toe box is slightly wider than other Ecco's I have, so they are super comfy!

So cute!!! I fell in love with these boots! Looking forward to wearing them at work all the time. One thing I will say is they look more dark navy than true black. But I love them!
