Love, love, love these shoes! I have a burgundy pair and just had to have the black to go with more outfits. I wear them with and without socks, all day long, and they are so comfortable that I forget to take them off. Very cute alternative to sneakers. I only wish they looked good with dress pants.

The booties fit great, and even better, I could get a small orthotic in the shoe. I have narrow feet, and the heel cup is well-designed.

I really liked these Low Cut Zip Booties in the 2 colors of grey. I decided on the warm grey/powder (to me the warm gray/powder are more a cream color). Now I am deciding between a 39 and a 40. I have always worn a size 9 but lately I am having trouble. Even though I have lost weight some shoes are snug in a size 9 (39) and and others too large for my left foot in a 9 1/2 (40). In a review or in a question, someone told of a similar situation and was advised by someone in the company to wear the smaller size around the house for a few days so I am doing that to decide between the 2 sizes of cream. I purchased a shoe stretcher so I may stretch the right shoe size 9 (the left 9 1/2 is way too big), or take it into our shoe repairman to stretch it as I have done with another pair of shoes.

Love these! So comfortable and stylish! Since you can remove the footbed, I was able to insert my own, and it fits even my very narrow foot.

I had ordered two different colors to compare "which one" I liked best & after trying them on, I just "had to" keep them both. They are my new favorite shoe. They are comfortable. They feel great. They are stylish & I absolutely love them. They are definitely more expensive, but with fit and feel they are well worth the price. (unfortunately not a third pair considering!)

I am in love with these sneakers/shoes/booties! Need a “backup” pair in my closet at all times, just in case they ever change or discontinue the style for I don’t know what I would do if they did — favorite shoes and only ones I wear for my everyday shoes. They fit true to size and very comfortably. They are easy on and off. They hold up beautifully! I’ve worn them daily (with only a very few exceptions) since buying them last August and they still look great/new. They need no break in whatsoever — great right out of the box. And all this said with the fact that I have very bad feet (arthritis in big toes) so have a lot of difficulty finding comfortable shoes. And must not forget to mention that they are so very cute/stylish! I have shale (brown) and warm grey (beige) and shadow will be next.

THE most comfortable tennis shoes I've ever worn! The best part is that the back is cut low so they're really comfortable to wear all day long. They have a solid grip and are great for city walking and airplane travel! I have 3 pairs and love them!!

Love the ankle cutout in the back. Eliminates rubbing the back of ankle while breaking them in. Perfect fit and super comfortable. Great for long days in your feet!

Beautiful well made awesome shoes. Unfortunatley they appeared brown online but were actually purple when they arrived. Sadly I had to return.

I LOVE these shoes. I have several foot problems (bunions, heel spurs, gout) and am old enough to worry about balance. These shoes are super comfortable; I can wear them comfortably all day and feel very stable as I move about. They are worth every penny I paid for them.

Bought a 38 but was too small and had to reorder a 39. I love the shoes they are so comfortable and stylish.

I have a terrible time finding the right shoes; nothing is comfortable to me because of a nerve issue in my toes. I definitely needs shoes that have a wider toe box. These fit the bill perfectly! I purchased the warm beige color and they are so versatile. I also like that they have nice arch support. The only smallish problem is that they rub slightly on my ankle bone (but aren't causing blisters).

I may have to get Ecco shoes for the rest of my life as they fit me perfectly. These are no exception. I am normally an 8 without orthotics and an 8.5 with, and size 39 is perfect for me. Eccos have moderate arch support but I can swap in my own orthotics. I got these in gray and they are a bit wider than my other Ecco sneakers but are fine in the heel and work well with ankle or no-show socks. The leather is soft and they do not rub my foot anywhere. I wish they were less expensive but they last forever.

I have difficulty finding shoes/boots with enough arch support. I have Plantar Fasciitis.This bootie is perfect and I love them!

I love these shoes! I purchased them in the laser cut style and enjoyed them so much, decided to get another pair. The color is beautiful, a neutral gray with a touch off pink. Based on my other shoes, and recommendations from Zappos customers, I bought one size up from my regular size (39). I am looking forward to enjoying them with my leggings and skinny jeans.

Perfect fit and comfortable right out of box. True to size. Insole is soft yet supportive. Only concern I have is keeping the suede texture clean and looking in good shape. Overall, highly recommend.

This is my second pair; I was only planning to keep one but these shoes are so comfortable I decided to keep this pair too as it was on sale. My first pair is fig, great color with everything. My second pair is rose which is really a very light taupe. These are leather and actually a better fit for me even though both are size 39. The fig is wider but still comfortable. I love these booties and have been wearing them nearly every day!!

this particular color (matte black on front, shiny black on back) were flashier than i needed...BUT i kept the grey suede pair and wore them all over nyc. could use a pinch more padding in the floor of the shoe, but they passed the test!
