Huge disappointment. have purchased SAS for years. These were not the usual SAS. The top edge of the heel was rough enough to peel the skin off your heel..Would have been miserably uncomfortable. And the shoe was narrower than usual at the widest part of the foot.
I returned them.

Length a size too short. Wide width very tight. Felt like narrow width. Don’t buy these if you have a wide foot. Had to return.

While these looked cute, once I received them I was extremely disappointed. I realize that these are not support type shoes, but there is no cushioning in the foot bed. It's hard to believe that these are SAS shoes!

I need to return the present purchase for another pair. The one you sent is flawed at the back of the heel, with broken strip of leather.
So disappointing! This is first time for over many purchases.

I have bought SAS shoes for the last ten years and this is the first time they have not fit. I have even ordered this same style of shoe before and it fit. The only reason I was ordering again is because I wore the first pair until all the tread was gone. So you can see by that statement I usually like SAS shoes. These last two pair of shoes have really disappointed me by being too small. I will have to go to a SAS store near me to make and exchange or refund.
