The quality of the shoe is excellent but I could not get my foot inside. I usually wear an 11W so to be safe I ordered 12W. I'll return sadly

They seemed to fit perfectly at first but the elastic band over the top of the foot became too tight after a few minutes of wearing them.

I planned to wear the loafers around the house for everyday use. However, the heel of my foot slips out of the shoe so I returned the loafers. Haven't seen a refund yet on my credit card.

I usually wear 7.5M or 8M shoes . After reading the reviews, I got size 8M. When I took out the shoes out of the box, they were so small I literally couldn't put my feet in. The medium width looks slim fit. Since I couldn't put my feet in I couldn't tell the length fit. They will go back right away. If I exchange I will need to make it Size 8.5 or 9 in Wide width, which I have never done in my life in terms buying shoes. I know Zappos will ship back and forth free, which I appeciate, but I really hate to do that to Zappos.

I really appreciated the comfort and support this shoe provided. I like how it stayed on my foot and that there was a velcro strap to help with that. I had been told it felt like a cloud and it really was that comfortable. However, my feet are an odd size and even though it fit in length wise and it didn't slip off my heel it pinched my toes on the side. I would say that is user error more that the shoe error.

Bought this shoe in a double wide width. When received, it was so narrow that it wasn't even a wide width. Cute shoe, but would not have ordered if I new this.

I feel like SAS has changed the quality of the materials they use to make their shoes. It felt and looked different. And I could not find the penny loafer I usually get. Saddened and unhappy now.

I've worn SAS shoes for 30+ years, and I feel that this style is missmarked as to size. I always buy size 7and1/2 Narrow in SAS, but because of comments here, I ordered an 8 Medium. It was so tight I couldn't even get the shoes on! I was surprised, as SAS is always perfect for my feet.

Length runs short. The xtra wide is not xtra wide. If you can order 1/2 to full size larger. I cannot so will have to return if I can figure out how.

There was nothing at all wrong with the quality of the shoe. I specifically ordered a EE width for my wide foot. These shoes were so narrow, I think they were sized wrong. I even checked the inside of the shoe and the were marked 9EE. They were smaller than any
shoe in my closet.

I took the last pair in the store to show the salesperson not for refund but to give some constructive critisium she did not listen to me say a word and through a sign up in my face on the return policy, Rude I will not buy a pair of shoes fron these people again.

These shoes are well made, but, didn't 't provide enough cushion, especially in the forefoot. The toe box, in spite of looking narrow, provided plenty of room and was comfortable. But, the shoes were slipping off the heels, even though I had the correct size. The Twin shoes provide much better support, cushion and the heels don't slip. I wear them in the winter. I wanted something lighter for summer, but Classic, unfortunately, didn't work me.

I have purchased 3 pair of SAS shoes, in the past, and have always been most comfortable. However, when I put these on they were extremely tight. I wear a 9M, which is what these state they are, but really tight. I believe the 9.5 would be too large. Very disappointed, but leaving on a long trip and need a comfortable shoe. Unfortunately, SAS will not be it this time.

Have purchased SAS for years. These were not the usual SAS. the top edge of the heel was so rough it would peel the skin off your foot. The shoe was narrower than normal at the widest part of the foot. Huge disappointment. I returned them.
