Really liked the style and color of the shoe, however, the shoe is too heavy and doesn't give proper support. Unfortunately, am returning. Size seemed a bit smaller than 9-1/2, also width seemed narrow.

Relatively good overall. The 3 point cushion system SAS touts felt a bit odd to me, hitting my arch in the wrong spot, but with narrow feet your options are limited. Returning these mainly because the toe box tapers down on the top too much for me. I need a bit more height in the toe box.
I'd also recommend:
Standard width Hoka's are a bit narrow and fit better than expected.

The tongues on the shoes are too fat or thick, and the backs shouldn't be as high or as thick with that double piece at the very end. Then I would consider the shoes comfortable. It just doesn't leave enough room for the feet.

The sole has a raised portion in the sole, below the insole, which causes discomfort in the heel.

Much wider than marked. The M is like a W.

The Move On lace up fit really well and looks good on my hard to fit 13B foot. However, the curved rocker sole made walking a bit difficult.

While these are comfortable great looking shoes as they are very new and not at all broken at this stage in their expected long usage they are very difficult to get on my feet. I think the cause is two fold. First with the amount of space that can be created by loosening the laces, and second with the resistance of the laces to be adjusted by loosening and tightening. Hopefully this and the discomfort at the outside on my right foot between the end of my pinkie toe and top of the arch will greatly improve over time. I have a lot of experience with the brand and they are extremely well designed and made and are the most comfortable shoes once broken in.

I've been wearing SAS shoes for more than 20 years. In the beginning I wore Pathfinders, which were perfect, but SAS stopped making them long ago and nothing they now sell is anywhere near as good. I've been using SAS Journey II as my walking shoes for years but, since my current pair are almost worn out and not perfect, I decided to try these Move On shoes. My current Journey II shoes are 12M and I ordered the Move On in the same size. But the Move On shoes are narrower and longer than my Journey II shoes. The width at the widest point of the sole is 4 5/8 inches for the Journey II and 4 3/8 for the Move On, so the Move On shoes are 1/4 inch narrower. The length is 12 1/2 inches for the Journey II and 13 inches for the Move On, so the Move On are 1/2 inch longer. The Move On shoes are too narrow for me and longer than I need. The Journey II shoes have a soft notch at the back to protect the Achilles tendon. The Move On shoes instead have a little loop sewn there which I suppose is intended to make the shoes easier to pull on. But the loop is so small that it's a difficult to get a pencil into it and nobody could get their finger into it, making the loop useless for all practical purposes. However, the material and stitching for this loop make a high and hard area that presses uncomfortably on the Achilles tendon. The Journey II shoes have flat laces that go through plastic D-rings, which makes it easy to tighten and loosen the laces. The Move On shoes have flat laces too, but they just go small round holes punched in the leather, which makes it hard to tighten and loosen the laces. I would have thought it obvious that flat laces don't work well in little round holes, but it seems that the new designers at SAS don't know that. I like to double-tie my laces to be sure they won't come undone, and the laces on my Journey II shoes are long enough for that, but those on the Move On shoes are too short to do that. In addition, all my SAS shoes until now came with a spare pair of laces, but I didn't receive any spare laces with the Move On shoes that Zappos sent me. These Move On shoes do have some good features. In particular, I was impressed by the removable insole which is cushier than any insole I've seen before. But overall, the shoes are unacceptable to me and I'm going to return them.

I was really disappointed. Honestly, this is more than I ever paid for a pair of shoes. They hurt. I wore a pair of sandles to work rather than wore these shoes.
