I'm a high school teacher and I'm always searching for cute, professional pumps that can handle a day's work. SAS is one of the only brands that fits the bill. Some of the styles look like grandma shoes, but the comfort is well worth it. Some of the styles, like this one, are really cute!!

To me these are expensive shoes, and I normally wouldn’t pay this much, but I have trouble finding size 12 heels that are comfortable. These fit perfectly, have a low heel for better arch support, and are super comfortable thanks to their leather upper—so I invested in two pairs, black and nude. The thing I’m NOT happy about: they squeak! Not on rough pavement or carpet but on smooth wood floors and other indoor flooring. I’ve never had that issue with a heel, so it’s disappointing that a shoe this pricey has this odd flaw. The plastic on the spike gives off shoe farts as I walk—very embarrassing—so I have to be hyper vigilant when I’m walking to mitigate this. The other thing I’m NOT happy about: the ugly way the bottom of the shoe wears. Did they not have sturdy material? Or did I not get the memo that these are only for walking on clouds? I need to take them to a shoe repair place to address these issues that a shoe this expensive shouldn’t have IMHO. Apart from these setbacks, I love the comfort and classy style of these heels. So close to perfection!

I was ready to love these simple beauties, but trying them on, I realized they are not wide enough for my wide feet, even though they are marked wide. My toes slid into the point and felt very pinched on both feet. The heel was narrow enough for me, but the fit is not good overall. Back they go and the search for supportive beautiful black leather pumps continues.

I have purchased so cold comfortable pumps before; however none have been as comfortable as these are. They feel stable on your feet, are pretty cute looking, but they feel terrific! Added bonus is the leather is of great quality.

These are my first pair of SAS shoes. The unique vanilla color of the pumps is what sold me, though I know SAS is highly sought by those who are aware of their very comfortable, lined footbed and excellent Italian leather construction. The regular (M) width shoes run a tad narrow. I went with the (W) width and will add a pad to snug them up when I'm not wearing them on a hot day. SUPER comfortable pumps for all day wear at work or out shopping & lunch! Worth the extra $$$.

I am borderline medium to wide in the toe box. The medium width was a little narrow on my foot, but that is probably just me. Beautiful shoe, comfortable, nice heel height for me, pretty curved heel, not too pointy in the toe. Just right.

This is a lovely shoe - Really! Every thing about these pumps was a dream come true... except the price. I chose to return because the other black pumps I ordered at the same time (Trotters in a wide width) were less than half the price. If I knew I was going to wear them more often I would have kept these instead! I could not justify keeping them knowing that I will only wear a couple of times a year. Sadly, I have to kiss them good-bye and send them on their way. Thanks again Zappos!

I ordered wide and it took a bit of wearing before they were comfortable. But now that they’re ‘broken in’ they are comfortable and look great. I hate ‘nude’ shoes with a yellow undertone. These are more grey/putty undertone and they’re great.

Beautiful shoe well made. I'm returning because it runs small and not best toe shape for my foot. a little pointy.

This is a beautiful shoe. Seems well made the suede is of quality, the construction seems like a regular kitten heel pump. My problem was it was just a smidgen tight all over. Usually a 7 1/2 wide is perfect or slightly large on me. these were too snug to wear. Sadly they're going back, I hope they have the same style in a size that fits me. The comfort rating is so low because they were too tight, the proper size might be very comfortable.

Beautiful shoe. Quality construction and leather. Great value at clearance pricing. The toe box is short and pointed which does not support wide sizes well. Felt half a size too small as others have commented. The wide was more like a slightly narrow regular in other shoes. I ordered half a size up (9 to 91/2) and length was correct.

Loved the look and feel of these full leather shoes! So well crafted and GORGEOUS! A bit too loose at the heel but I maybe could have put a small silicone liner on the heel...However I opted to choose another shoe.

I stood, walked around and danced for hours in these shoes at a 12/31 party and they felt good all night. I cannot say that about many shoes. My feet are wide. I am very particular about the feel of the shoe. No 'break in' necessary. I always thought of SAS being some sort of Orthopedic shoes - these are not. They are high quality shoes with beautiful suede.
