Cute, minimal sandals with an earthy look. Toe loop is comfortable unlike many other sandals. As someone with wide feet and bunions, these are the ideal style. The ankle strap helps with stability. True to size. I got a wide width and is plenty wide, maybe could have gotten away with medium. I took one star off because of the color. I got chocolate and want something less rust color, more true brown. But comfortable and excellent arch support.

I've had the "pampa" sandals from SAS in red for the past 13 years. They've traveled the world with me, literally! They are the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned! They look like new, they retain the shine and the red color they had when I first purchased them. I even went into the ocean with them five years ago in Bahamas, as I had forgotten my water shoes at the hotel. They dried within a couple of hours and were good to go. Since then, I've worn them on every single trip I take, and have been around Walt Disney World resort at least three times, talk about millions of steps taken and lots of countries and places walked. These sandals are worth the price, and then some.

I LOVE these sandals. I bought my pair in 2018(!) for a trip, and since then they've stood up to long days of walking, getting wet and drying, slipped on and off hundreds of times. The only piece that degraded to the point of replacement was the elastic that holds the upper strap clasp to the heel strap - which makes sense, as it's a plastic/synthetic component that stretches out over time. Otherwise, the outsole is still whole, the glue has held together, the footbed has kept its shape, and the leather has aged nicely. If the build quality is as good today as it was when I bought mine, you may have found the last pair of sandals you'll ever need.

I just got my first pair of Pampa sandals because I loved the pearly white color. They are amazingly comfortable! I have narrow feet and was able to adjust the straps to fit snuggly. They look lovely too! Please consider making other colors (blues, pinks), and a darker sole. Thank you!

I have to add a 1 and 3/8-inch build-up on my right shoe. I was also diagnosed with plantar fasciitis & a heel spur so a very good quality pair of shoes is an expensive and necessary investment to avoid pain, discomfort and complications. This is why I have been purchasing SAS sneakers, sandals and lace up casual shoes for about 30 years. I saw these shoes on the website when they first came out and knew I had to have the red "lipstick" color. I purchased them in my size 6 1/2 wide and had the build up added to the right shoe. These shoes are adorable & comfortable. The arches of the shoes fit my arches perfectly and prevents pain. Praise God hallelujah. I even added a few pieces of solid red and red print clothing to my wardrobe so I could wear these lovely shiny red patent leather shoes more often. And I get a lot of compliments on these shoes because they're so pretty. Good job SAS. FYI - I would not recommend these for regular walking shoes because I have found that the big toe can rub and get sore on the loop with a lot walking.

These are my first SAS and I am sold! I have wide, flat feet with plantar fasciitis and posterior tibial tendonitis... they are, well, problem feet to say the least. Most sandals that provide comfort and support look like I'm rocking Sophia of the Golden Girls shoes. Sandals that look my age make me feel like Sophia by the end of the day, bet then there were these babies! So comfortable, so supportive, youthful, a little sexy and in a wide?! Love it!

These sandals are supportive of walking long distances with balance and comfort. This is my third pair. ( other two going strong). I loved them so much I purchased a back up in case of being discontinued.

Shoes are a perfect fit and very comfortable. I walked around 16000 steps on street blocks and still felt great. The arch support was just right for me.

I have these in just about every color. They are so comfortable. I have neuropathy so it is very hard for me to wear shoes. I cannot wear anything closed in. I found these and I have been wearing them for about three years. They are the only thing I can wear that does not hurt my feet. I have to buy three more pair because the other ones are finally wearing out. I highly recommend these. I usually don't do reviews but I wanted people to know about these. Also, they are made in the USA.

I like everything about these shoes except the outer finish on the support sole. It's cheap looking, but you can't have everything. And they are great in every other way.

Most comfortable shoe ever! I have had bilateral knee replacements & problems with feet/ankles. The adjustable straps insure stability & comfort. Other sandals look like "granny" sandals but these are cute & the color is very feminine. Not one complaint about these extremely comfortable sandals and, of course, ZAPPO's service is always fantastic.

THESE ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST SANDALS EVER! I loved my vionics for years, and thought those were heaven. NOPE. I found a new FAVE nothing compares.

I have had a pair of chocolate ones for 3 + years - had never spent so much on any type shoes before - they have lasted, still as comfortable as my running shoes and can walk miles in them. Soooo worth it! I have a very wide foot and so thankful that can finally get shoes that fit. Looking to buy a new pair in different color - wishing for a muted blue or navy (next year SAS?). I agree with several of the comments on majority of SAS shoes/sandals looking a bit frumpy (not including these) Hope to see a little more stylish from SAS in future!

Great fit - Very comfortable. I was worried about the straps over the toe but they don’t rub at all. Very stylish. Highly recommend!

Best sandal ever! I love them! Worth the cost for my wide duck feet, particularly after bilateral knee replacements and moving to sunny Florida where sandals are a must. I wore Crocs and Clark's flip-flops until several near falls (front of sandal folding under) convinced me to find safer sandals. Glad to have found SAS!

Love these sandals. They’re comfortable and stylish. I can wear them all day walking a theme park or shopping and my feet are happy. I have plantar fasciitis and wide feet, and these shoes are plenty wide and provide enough cushion and flexibility for me. The red patent color is beautiful.

Wore these on a 12 day cruise. 3 days of walking in New Orleans in the heat. I have a very bad back, and was able to walk all day because of these sandals. I want to wear them all the time now, so I'm needing to buy more. Please don't ever discontinue. I know they are expensive, but I feel they are worth every dime spent.

Loved the shoe! I had surgery on my big toe and after wearing them a while at home it started rubbing. Other than that, the fit and comfort was awesome!

These are incredible! I have been wearing a pair of Birkenstock Mayaris for several years now but have been having leg pain at the end of the day when I walk a lot. I was ready to replace them with another pair of the same, but then I came across a SAS sandal in a store. I could tell it was a good shape for my foot and would probably fit, but I didn't like the style...so I hopped onto Zappos and found the Pampa, which has the same shoe base (probably not the technical term). My foot is in that awkward wide across the bridge/not always wide enough for a wide shoe category, so I tried a couple of sizes. I usually wear a 9.5 regular or a 9W, and the 9W is perfect. I walked an easy mile at lunch on my first day wearing them with no issues. They're wonderful. Just be careful on cobblestone...they're a little wobbly on uneven ground.
