They are my go to shoes. I have narrow feet and ankles and one foot narrower than the other. I can adjust as need be. The only thing I don't like is that the velcro strips could be better placed. I end up with an overlap of strap that isn't too pretty.

I have found these sandals to be extremely comfortable on my old feet. I love the support it gives to my foot, and just wish there could be more padding along with the great support. I also appreciate the suede, as it doesn't make the bottom of your feet feel quite so sweaty on a hot day. I will be removing the center strap from this pair. Vwallah! A new style.

Beautiful shoe and so very comfortable, wide was great, I ordered Wide. The only think I did not like was the back strap. Last year I bought the style without the back strap wishing I had one. When I tried this on, I didn't care for having to open and close the velcro each time I wore them. My personal preference is to just slip a sandal on and I did buy another style.

This is the 2nd pair I own. I wear a narrow width just wish they came in Navy. Thanks for carrying narrow shoes.

I usually wear 8.5 W. This wide was very wide all across the toes, looked a bit like a bear paw! More sole where you don't need it, beyond the ends of your toes and out to the side. Tried an 8.5 medium, but not a good fit for me.Could have been comfortable, good cushioning but not for my foot. Nice quality, pleasant looking. Wish it had worked.

I find that I want to wear the Sorrento T-Strap sandals daily. I have one for dress and one for everyday use. They are comfortable and attractive also. I've had two surgeries the past two years and the sandal brings much relief. Thank-You

I ordered 10.5 2E based on my previous experience w/ SAS shoes but found the sandals were at least a half size too long and the width, although correctly fit, made my feet look wider than they are. The sandal sole looked too wide for the straps and seemed to widen and flatten my foot shape so that I felt like I had duck feet. Too bad because otherwise they're cute sandals. Perhaps they would be cuter on someone who doesn't need a wide size.

I usually order medium width which was way to wide for my foot, narrow was almost too wide but the adjustable straps over the foot tightened up nicely. The support for plantar fasciitis is very good, at least for my foot. The shoe style is just so so. Nothing outstanding but the comfort makes up for it.

Fit was good overall. A quality sandal. I was not really pleased with the style. I preferred the look and feel of NUDU slide over all the other SAS I tried.

The shoe fits comfortably, but I didn’t think it was stylish enough for my needs so I did not keep it. If comfort over style is the most important thing to you, then I would highly recommend this shoe.

I love that SAS makes their sandals in wide as well as average width. I also love the clever fabrication on this shoe -- the t-strap is completely removable. That gives me one pair of sandals with two different looks. Sadly, though, it is too wide in the heel so the sandal slips around on my foot...and will have to be returned.

These are just very comfortable. The Velcro makes it easy to put on. My heel pain and flatter feet were very comfortable in these shoes.

I have flat feet, large bunions, narrow heel, and a high instep. I typically wear an 8 WW in SAS and was ecstatic to see SAS on Zappos. This shoe (Sorento) only comes in a W. While the footbed was wide enough (including the toe area) and very comfortable, the straps were not long enough; much of the velcro was still visible. I suspect it would fit a W foot fine, so that is why I gave it high stars. The leather is extremely soft, so I am disappointed this shoe does not fit my feet. I am very thankful for Zappos and for reviews because shopping in retail stores is often futile for folks like me with wide feet. I do all my shoe shopping via Zappos.

I loved the support and comfort as soon as I put these on, but the fit was just a little too loose at tightest closure, a little but short I guess, but maybe just because of the looseness, as my big toes were edging to slide off. I also was not really excited about the color. I tried taking off the cross piece as they showed it could be worn this way, and I liked the look better, but the fit was not any more secure. I also felt the velcro did not seem as strong as in some of my other shoes. I have narrow feet with narrower heel than toe base, wear normally 8.5 N. I do believe anyone who gets this in proper size to fit in a color selection they like, will be pleased at the comfort and support.

I'm generally a fan of SAS. I have two pairs of the Captiva style that I love. I bought Sorrento to have another option. But I find that they aren't as flattering on my wide feet as Captiva, nor does the footbed seem to provide as much support. I can wear Captiva all day (I have plantar fasciitis) but I have sore feet a lot more quickly in Sorrento. Possibly the thinner straps just don't give as much support either. So probably won't be buying again. But for someone else they might be a favorite.

There was a seam on the back heel strap that was very irritating. Otherwise, nice sandals. good cushioning. Meh, arch support.

I have several pairs of the Sorrento T-straps and appreciate everything about them. The soles give good support, the foot bed is very comfortable, and easy to clean, and velcro on the straps is hidden but provide for exact fit!

Comfy but too wide... and a bit too short for my foot. I'm needing a narrow 10 3/4. Wish they came like that. I think they would work if not so wide in the foot bed.

This sandal is similiar to one by Taos. This sole is too stiff for me, the straps across the toes are not as comfortable and even when the velcro allows to widen the opening, they still rub on my toes. I had the Taos and the position of the strap bothered my ankles, but I think the sole was much more comfortable for me. I have a Morton's neuroma and probably some plantar fascinties gping on. I will try the Taos sandal again. This shoe just was not comfortable for me. I even have a narrow foot, but I think the Taos sandal was a better fit.
