Listen up People !!!! After trying my VERY first pair EVER of SAS sandals.... I fell in Love !!! I've been blessed with AA-AAA narrow / very flat / size 9.5 now Plantar Faciitis feet. After years of trying to be 'stylish' with shoes and sandals, At age 65, I finally succumbed to comfort and began a search ..... Hello SAS !!! Not only have they addressed all my feet issues, they are Cute and Sassy !!!! This is the first Summer in 3 years I haven't been gimping & limping !!! After purchasing my first pair of Sorrentos, I was hooked. I went back for additional pairs to add to my stock pile and added to that, the Captiva and Nudu and Pampa. Expensive ?? Yes---- but worth EVERY penny. The foot beds are like walking on clouds and the Velcro straps allow me to have an adjustment if needed Zappos remains phenomenal in their shipping & exchanges, which I am VERY appreciative of. Saved these puppies a lot of agony in going from store to store only to find no inventory Do not hesitate if you suffer from painful, tired feet but still seek style .... you won't regret it. I LOVE these shoes!! I have wide feet and have struggled to find stylish shoes that actually were wide enough. All the other "wide" shoes cramped my toes and/or squished the sides painfully. I tried getting E, or EE width but they were not wide in the footbed like I needed, instead they were more substantial in going over the TOP of the foot. These are amazing!! Super comfy!! And a little side note: they are super quiet. Not sure why I want to mention that, but it was a surprising to me how quiet they are.

I have a very difficult time finding shoes for my problem feet. These sandals are so comfortable, and such a good fit, I am pleasantly surprised. There are two adjustable straps across the toes, in addition to the ankle strap. They are made of soft leather, with soft comfy soles. They offer moderate arch support, with medium stability. I ordered a wide width, and the toe box is more than adequate. I ordered Praline, which is a nice neutral color. I just ordered a second pair in Black as well!

These sandals are perfect for me. I just found out I have drop foot. It's been impossible to find shoes that my foot brace will work with. Do I put the brace in the shoe first or do I put the brace on then try to get in in the shoe. Well, this amazing shoe takes the worry out of this. The entire shoe comes apart with velcro. All I have to do is put my brace on the shoe then my foot and then velcro it together. This shoe is so comfortable and it has a wide footbed which gives me more security. They're so cute! I would highly recommend this sandal with or without a brace, ha..You will love them.

I received my first pair of SAS Sorrento's a couple of days ago and was so happy with them that I ordered a second pair the same day. I've always had a problem my feet sliding out of sandals or straps that rub my heel raw. These sandals came in a narrow width and fit perfectly right out of the box. All of the straps are adjustable and the heel height is perfect. The soles are quiet and the foot bed is so comfortable that the sandals feel like a part of my foot. I love them.

I can't say enough how much I love these shoes! Ok, they are a bit "clawdhopper" ish...as in they aren't extremely flattering. But Golly are they comfortable!! Like I feel like I'm walking on clouds! And I have high arches that start to hurt very quickly. I will be buying a different color next season if these are still available.

These are amazingly comfortable. So much so that even though they are the most expensive sandal I have ever purchased, I got a second pair. I ordered the red first, and it is a very pretty red. Then I got the praline as the 2nd pair. I have a wide foot -- in some brands the wide width isn't even quite wide enough. But these were plenty wide in a 10 wide. The "Super Suede" foot bed feels very good. Plenty of cushion and support. I don't want to take them off.

LOVE THEM !! Best shoes I could find for my wide flat feet, and plantar facittis. So comfortable and cute, I had to buy a second pair.

The 3 adjustable Velcro straps make this adaptable to your feet, and the narrow was perfect for my AA toes and AAA heels. It seems like the absolutely perfect summer walking shoe, great for tourism or everyday. I wish I'd had these in my recent travels! They would have protected the bottom of my feet as well as my achilles! These will be my new Go To travel shoes. With the adjustable straps, I could even sneak some socks on while on the plane, looking dorky but keeping warm, they take them off upon landing, readjust the straps, and look fine. :-)

Very soft and cushiony. I am normally a size 11.5 Narrow, the length on the 11 was perfect from big toe to heel.... BUT, they have strangely cut the shoe so there is a lot of extra room between the tops of my other toes (and I have long toes!) and the end of the shoe. It seemed a little weird - otherwise nice that the velcro wasn't too grandma style, but for my narrow feet didn't quite fit as I needed the velcro to tighten further.

I love these sandals. They’re stylish and comfortable from the first moment I put them on. I really like that all three of the straps are adjustable for a truly custom fit.

These sandals are the kind I want to live in all summer. From the git-go, they are comfortable, in great part because of the magical sole, but also because they're infinitely adjustable. This is my second pair, as I bought them after falling in love with my initial red pair, and I wear them everywhere and with everything, and all day long is no problem. Athletic activities demand my more rugged Tevas, but other than that these are my dream-come-true summer footwear.

I purchased this sandal from my local SAS store 3 yrs ago when they did not come in a narrow width. I wear a slim width shoe, but the velcro allowed me to adjust so that they fit just OK. I was desperate for something comfortable at the time, as I was have a major flare of psoriatic arthritis in my metatarsals and ankles. I had been wearing my Duos and was miserable. When I put the Sorrentos on, the difference was amazing! I was told it is the cork footbed that makes the difference. I was about to have to abandon my shopping and errands due to foot pain, but was able to complete another 2 to 3 hours of chores that afternoon. I have worn these for 3 yrs and my local store no longer carries them so I was thrilled to find them here on Zappos, not to mention, now they come in narrow which will look better on my skinny foot. To me, they tend to run a little wide, anyway. If I could afford them, I would purchase all colors in a narrow, but I think I will just stick with my favorite, Praline, for now and delegate my 3 yr olds to home wear. Thank you Zappos for carrying the SAS brand now, and SAS for now making a narrow in these wonderfully comfortable sandals.

I liked the shoes and they were comfortable. There is a workmanship issue though. The leather strip that runs down the center of the top of the shoe is off. On the right shoe is is 1 1/2 inches longer than the strip on the left shoe. The left shoe fit perfectly. I would buy another pair if it was assembled properly.

In a word - these shoes are fabulous. Comfort beyond! I often order a 9M in sandals but in SAS my normal size of 8.5M works perfectly.

I have been wanting these for over a year now but sas never had them in a 10 narrow. Thanks to zappos they did...I am so happy as it has been years since I have had a pair of sandals

I have been watching these for a year now and finally decided to buy. Well worth the money. My last SAS sandals lasted me around 5 years.

I was looking for a bit more arch support, but the fit is good, with no break-in time. Happy with my purchase.

Fit and size were fine, however, with such a soft leather, I was afraid that they'd stretch out and I wouldn't be able to wear them anymore. Due to a narrow foot, I had the straps adjusted all the way. It's a cute sandal, but the leather was too soft to hold my foot.

These are nice looking shoes and so comfortable. However, they do not come in slim so they were too wide and I had to return them.

I keep trying to find a style in SAS that can fit my foot because the foot bed is so comfortable and they're so well made, with good support. But.... the shoes are either too long in front of the toes in size 9, or the foot bed is just a little short in the 8.5. They are also is bit wide in the M so I was excited to try these since you can adjust all the straps. I want a comfortable walking shoe that has a little style. I don't want to discourage anyone from these shoes, because I suspect I am just one of those people whose foot size is in between SAS's sizing. I am SO sorry Zappos for the returns, and you are just the most gracious company!

This "narrow" is still too wide for my AAAA feet, so the heel strap in particular is kind of loose and I'm near the end of the Velcro fastenings. The foot bed is very comfy, being sueded and soft, and I can draw the other straps tightly enough, though I'll be out of luck if they stretch. The straps on one of my shoes arrived misassembled -- from the factory I suppose, since it looked completely unused -- so I started off with a 3D puzzle. Usability and style are good, so these are keepers. SAS offers good value IMO for hard-to-fit tootsies like mine.

I ordered the wide width and they were way too wide. They were much wider than other wide width shoes I've purchased. They also seemed a little short. They are going back.

Much too wide for Narrow. Even with Velcro straps, exposes to much of toe area and doesn't hold foot in enough if you have a narrow foot. Disappointing, it was unattractive.
