Very nice dressy sandal. Heel is not too high, but high enough to feel dressy with skirts. Be sure to order wide or extra wide if you have a high instep. I ordered WW and needed every millimeter of it to fit comfortably. Any narrower and the straps would cut into the top of my foot.

I have long narrow flat feet. I broke an ankle a while back and have a small bunion on one foot...in other words my feet are a mess. I needed dress shoes for a black tie affair and nothing in my closet were even remotely comfortable. I ordered several pairs of flats in various sizes and styles and nothing worked. I hesitated ordering anything with a heel. I had noticed these sandals but disregarded them because of the heel...I finally ordered them and could not be happier. They feel great, provide terrific support, and look quite dressy. I will be able to stand all night.. Thank you so much Zappos for your amazing customer service. I highly recommend these shoes.

This shoes arrived loose in a generic box without any paper or protectors in the shoes. They looked like they had been in the bottom of someone's closet for a year. The fit was OK but the price too high for what appeared to be a pair of mistreated shoes.

Don’t pass these up! They are comfortable, arch feels supported, straps don’t bind. I ordered a 10.5W. My foot is about 10 and 1/4 long and 4 inches wide standing Great sandal!

I don't know why some of the other reviewers didn't like the style. It is hard to find cute sandals in a 10 1/2 wide. The heel isn't the most stylish, but overall the sandal is cute. I ordered the Santolina, which looked like a grayish-brown online, but is really more of a dark brown, so they don't match my outfit. They definitely run a bit short, so order up a half size.

Very comfortable right out of the box. Stylish and flattering.

I think the shoe would have worked for me with a wide foot, however, the back strap wasn't long enough to go around my heel. I liked the style.
