I love SAS sandals and thought these would be great for just bumming around the house. unfortunately this is not a sandal for someone with high arches and a high instep. The inside flap of leather does not go completely across the instep. Where it stops hits the top of the instep it digs in and causes pain.

These are "True to SAS" Sizing, which means very close to what your foot REALLY measures. Sadly, these are going back!! I really need slippers OR supportive sandals to wear In The House. I have SAS "Relaxed" sandals that are getting old and don't have their original support (probably do to the injected air bubbles that makes their sole Comfy to some & is a problem for me when they get older). Although the "Cozy" seem to have the EXACT same Footbed and Shape (wide toes & arch support): they DO NOT work for me because there is NO heel strap to keep my foot in the right spot. I love the WIDE toes.....but the Middle of my foot (and over my high arch): I am NOT a Wide foot AND I am NOT a "high volume" foot. With all that EXTRA WIDTH - I can't use these at home. They would have BEEEN a perfect "house shoe" or "Pandemic Slipper". Maybe they will be GOOD for you!

I ordered a pair of the SAS Womens Cozy Amber, size 7.5 Double Wide (D) last September 2018 and loved them. They are so comfortable and I wear them constantly in the house. Unfortunately with this latest order at the end of January 2019, both the Black and another pair of the Amber, both same size 7.5 Double Wide (D), were not of the same quality. The leather was different on the Amber, which I noticed immediately. The straps on both pairs were shorter than on my original pair and the foot bed was shorter. Some of the bottom velcro was exposed when I adjusted them to fit my foot. This definitely was not an issue with my original pair. I was disappointed and wonder how and why the manufacturing changed. If I knew I could get the same sizing and quality as last year I would buy these again, but I am currently skeptical. This is no reflection on the great website, service and return policies.

I had hight hopes for SAS brand. These shoes were very sloppy and caused sore spots on the bottom of my feet. I bought 2 pairs of SAS and am truly confused as to why they receive such high ratings and cost so much. I returned both pairs.

They are nice leather, but not enough support, maybe the heels are too low. They just felt more mushy than the Mephisto sandals I usually wear

This shoe, in my normal size for this brand, was gigantic. Also ugly. I looked like I had 2 bricks strapped to my feet. Other SAS fit great! Also it looked like the pair I got had been returned many times given how torn up the box and paper were.

These shoes are huge! My usual size couldn't even stay on my foot, and neither could a pair half a size smaller. Way too long. Way too wide. I think I'd have to go down two more full sizes, but I'm done with this shoe.

These are kind of old lady shoes but they are so comfortable that I'm keeping them. Definitely the most comfortable of any of the SAS shoes I've tried.

I now have these in three colors, and wear them almost daily.

If you have tired arthritic feet, you found your savior. Descent support without a back strap. They dont flip flopIIBe specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

I wear an 11 ww, but I bought these sandals in an 11.5 W and they fit perfectly. I love how comfortable they are, and the Web Linen color is classy.

These are probably the most comfortable sandals/shoes I’ve ever worn! Perfect in every way.
