Love this sandal. I have wide feet and crooked toes and this accommodates well. I knew I was a 9 1/2 wide in other SAS sandals and these fit perfectly. Who cares if I have less than perfect feet; I deserve a little bling too!

The Cozy isn't the most beautiful sandal (at least in the black), but it *is* the most comfortable. I have neuropathy in my feet, so my footwear is very important to my wellbeing. As we all know, when your feet hurt, the world is just not a happy place. These shoes had no break-in period and I loved them right away. They were sublimely comfortable, soft, yet supportive from the first minute I put them on. I'm ordering another pair, in the multi-snake navy. I think they run a bit wide, but that wasn't a problem at all.

I found these for my mother who was suffering from pronounced lymphadema in her calves and feet following knee replacement surgery, especially in the surgery leg. She needed a slide design for hands-free putting on and taking off and the availability of a wide width with velcro straps was crucial to accommodating the swelling while it lasted. These shoes were literally perfect for her and I am particularly pleased with the quality. The leather is luxurious -- thick, glossy and extremely pliable -- and the interior suede strap lining and footbed are soft and welcoming to sensitive skin and painful feet. The wide stance of the shoe makes it an extremely secure and stable platform for someone who has balance issues. I cannot say that it is a pretty or stylish shoe nor is it inexpensive, but pretty is as pretty does and apparently you get what you pay for with this brand. There is a lot to love about the Cozy and in my eyes it is beautiful -- no other could have accommodated my mother so well. Eminently wearable and comfortable right out of the box -- she put them on immediately upon arrival (thank you Zappos, for your speedy, dependable delivery) and except for sleeping has not taken them off since. After seeing the quality of this shoe, I now want a pair of SAS for myself!

I bought a pair of SAS Relaxed in brown leather a month ago. I couldn't believe how comfortable they are, and did a review. I believe they are really the most comfortable sandal I have ever worn, and I always seem to pull them out of the closet, no matter the time of day.
So, when I found myself leaving them by my bedside to step into in the morning, I wondered if there was an SAS slipper. No. I didn't want to smash the back strap on the Relax down when I'd slip them on each morning, so I decided to give the SAS Cozy a try. Perfect! The same soft brown leather and soft suede footbed, same lovely supportive cushioning. I wear an 8M in all shoes, and these are no different.
I have chronic bouts with plantar fasciitis, and the Cozy is so reassuringly comfortable. I wear them morning and evening. They are fine to wear as intended, as an outside sandal, but I have the Relaxed for that purpose. (I do prefer the security of the back strap, and I like the buckles) The Cozy has replaced all of my high priced slippers! The velcro lies quite flat and will accommodate any foot, low medium to high volume, I think.
High quality craftsmanship.........my perfect dream "slipper."

These had a tendency to slip, making it necessary to clench your toes to keep them on. They were wide enough (9ww), so comfortable when sitting, but I couldn't get them to stay on my feet while walking. Returning them.

I have several pair of SAS shoes. They are all perfect for me. Great quality and fit. These particular ones I actually purchased with the intention of using them for slipper. I can't find any slippers that allow me to walk without lots of pain due to neuropathy and planta fasciaitis.. (spelling?) So far they are doing the job. My only down is that they seem to loosen after walking for a short period of time. I don't usually wear backless except for slippers. I just wish I could keep the strap over the instep tighter. The lower strap is fine. I already recommend SAS shoes and will again.

Very comfortable. A tiny bit short, but not enough to make any difference. I highly recommend SAS shoes for their comfort and durability. One of the few companies that make a narrow comfort sandals.

The leather is very nice on these and the lining on the foot bed is very soft and cozy. Unfortunately the structure of the foot bed is hard and not absorbent and the bottoms are slippery on carpet at my office so I returned them. But, I was almost tempted to keep them. They run a little large.

Great shoes. Not too much arch. All real leather, suede footbed and rubber soles. Nice width. Not a hard bottom. Good for bad knees and back. Love them. Have both colors.

The soles are very slick and the shoes slide on carpeting. I would not want to wear them in the rain.

Perfect for me in a medium width. Very comfortable...choose these if you value comfort for your feet...look for something else if want fashion above other considerations. There comes a point when feet need to be pampered....if you have reached that point, SAS ‘Cozy’ may be just what you have been longing for.....you will be able to walk around all day in these ...or travel to another hemisphere on cramped aircraft and still be able to walk comfortably after 14+ hours!

I wore them in the house, but the style is just not comfortable. The straps rubbed my toes.

This shoe has great potential for bad feet buyers. But, it is heavy. The shoe is heavy. If leg weakness is an issue this shoe could be a problem. The velcro works great. The sole is broad and flat. The colors are not the best. The silver/blue is pretty. Pretty bright and shiny. The insole is comfortable. Good support, the first pair I had was brown and huge! I read the reviews and they said it ran short so I ordered half size bigger and just a wide, not ww. Well, these were too long the width was probably going to be good. Often if I order a 10 wide it fits. These would have been the right size. The shoes are spendy. SAS, needs to bring back the neutral snake print. The brown shoes looked very BIG. They weren't feminine in the least. Neuter neutral comes to mind.

I wonder if SAS has changed source of Velcro. Have one strap refuses to stay closed. Dangerous for 80 year old with cane!

This is a good shoe if you don't walk. Standing is comfortable but my foot slid right out the back as soon as I took a step. Adjusting the velcro didn't have any effect on sliding out. I had to return.

12 m perfect for lymphedema needed on one foot. So easy to adjust.Great for travel, walking, sightseeing, driving, climbing the tower in Ireland to kiss the Blarney Stone and thru mud puddles etc .Great for hammer toes and bunions. Never fall off, clean up foot bed with soap and dry like new. They're my slippers and church shoe. Wearing only this style since 2005 and in my 80's.

Love the shoes. Have not had them off except to go to bed. They have allowed me to walk with comfort again after having problems with my legs over that past year. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling with shoes not feeling supportive when walking. Heel good size to help with balance and support excellent for sandal. Thanks.

I really like SAS sandals! My podiatrist recommended I put an arch support in my shoes, yes, even, or especially sandals. But when the PA went to place them in my SAS shoes, he said they weren't needed, that the SAS provided substantial support! Yay! The first pair I bought I felt like I was walking on marshmallows, so soft and comfortable. And these still feel the same.

I need this style of shoe for my narrow feet, and after purchasing several similar shoes I found the SAS to be the best fitting and most comfortable. However, I wish they came in slim.

The sandals are well made and foot bed very comfortable. I ordered a pair in wide hoping the straps would be a bit longer so when they were adjusted the Velcro would not be visible. Unfortunately that was not the case. I have kept them but wish they would make adjustable strap sandals with longer straps!

My mom loves her new shoes. Highly recommended for those with arthritis or any issues when they walk. My mom is 77 years old and her doctors told here that she should use shoes with firm sole.

Pretty? Not at all. Cozy, comfy AND supportive - yes! I bought these as slippers, to replace my broken down Fit Flops. I needed something more supportive, but forgiving. I've got moderately high arches, ingrown toenails and bunionettes (little toe bunions) on both feet. Decided to forget style and try these, as I've come to depend on other SAS shoes for their amazing workmanship and adjustable comfort. I haven't been disappointed. In closed shoes, I wear an 11, with a wide toe box. In sandals, I can take a 10, which this is. Because of the straps, the medium width is plenty wide for me. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and in the week or so I've been wearing these, just beholding them, waiting for me after work, makes me happy - true beauty!
