I love this pair! I did have to do some sewing trimming modification on the right sandal at the toe buckle. I had to trim away some of the under material at the corner as it was digging into my foot. I hand stitched it. Cant see the modification due to the buckle hiding it. I wear them all day, everyday.

I exchanged for a 1/2 size down.

I thought I'd like the shininess of the material but it didn't look as good on my feet.

Excellent feel and extremely comfortable. Have Relaxed Sandals in 3 colors. Not the most stylish, but comfort is most important to me.

For some reason these shoes are often worn by women with a good deal more wisdom. But everyone should be wearing these. Not a huge fan of the style but these basic black sandals are perfect. They are stupid comfy. I have permanent complications due to Morton’s neuroma and these are so damn comfy. Soft but firm. All the straps adjust. Very well made.

Size and width true, excellent comfort and color goes with everything. Glad I purchased them.

The fit was perfect. These might be the most comfortable sandals I've ever worn. It's hard for me to find shoes that are wide enough and these certainly are. They aren't glamorous but I was looking for comfort, not style.

cant beat the comfort! style reminds me old ladies, BUT, the trend is in for “ugly sandals”! actually kinda cute with baggy jeans...

I ordered size 8 1/2 based on my calculated size, but I really needed an 8 in these shoes. I probably could have kept the 8 1/2, but they were too wide. These shoes in Red are so cute so I was disappointed that I had to return them! Being able to have free returns will always bring me back to Zappos!

I was very close to buying these for my difficult to fit feet. They're well made and fit much of my foot, but there was an edge under my arch which felt too hard. It might have worked once they are broken in, but at this price I couldn't take the chance they'd still be painful.

Thanks to another person's REVIEW: I figured out why the 2018 Relaxed feels different to me. Another reviewer who has worn SAS Relaxed: wrote about what she felt were changes in the "Feel" of the footbed VERSUS 2 or 3 years ago. I could NOT figure out WHY this year's Relaxed (in snake skin with "cork" looking insole) DID NOT FIT like my old ones from 2015!! Almost ALL of my shoes are ordered through Zappos, but I found a pair locally (Relaxed: snakeskin - not yet listed on Zappos). Last Summer - I had tried SAS Relaxed in "Linen" Color. I just assumed that my feet were TOO HOT that week and that I could find a better fitting sandal. I have used my 2015 pair for "House Slippers" (& also good IF having a foot problem). I DID NOT remember my FIRST pair of Relaxed bothering me when they were new. But......last week after bringing ANOTHER pair of Relaxed home: on the 3rd "try" on the kitchen floor: they were NO longer comfortable. Something is NOT the same as in my older (worn out) pair: The Footbed feels firmer (NOT in a good way & I can wear Chaco's) AND my pinky toe is being squished (even on the LAST hole on strap). When I placed the 2015 Relaxed next to the 2018 Relaxed: there was a difference in the thickness in the exposed foam footbed. Everyone else's feet might NOT be as sensitive as mine. Almost every Reviewer IS still VERY happy with their SAS Relaxed. Well....Happy Shoe Hunting.

Found these sandals very comfortable and the adjustable buckles helpful for my wide toe box. I needed an 8.5 rather than my typical 9 for the generous length. Beige color had a shiny gold cast in the light, which I didn't like. Returning.
