Don’t know what these sandals are made of, but they weren’t soft or pliable. Too expensive for what they seemed to be. Just not attractive or worth the money.

Zappos should have been embarrassed to send this product to a customer !! It looks like it was returned prior to my receiving it!!! Beyond disappointed.

The sandals do not fit correctly. I normally wear an 8 or 8 1/2 wide or extra wide. My last sandal from Sas were 81/2 wide, I assumed they would fit the same. Nopethey are too narrow and too long and I am unable to return for a refund because they are "last chance" sale. I had to really research the return policy for "last chance". Didn't realize they couldn't be returned.

Second pair of SAS that I've tried and their idea of wide width is a joke, promptly returning and not going to bother with this brand anymore.

I have worn other SAS sandals and they were well made and comfortable. This shoe however was not a comfortable fit and lacking in quality. As another reviewer mentioned, the toe strap stretches out and it's difficult when walking to keep the sandal on your foot. For the price, it's not worth the chance that you will have the same problem too. I do not recommend this sandal, especially since I am not able to wear them and the company does not accept returns.

The front of shoe was so flat I couldn’t get my foot in. Only one adjustment on buckle and still too tight after adjustment. Length was fine.

There was no arch support at all. Very disappointed that SAS sandals would have no arch support. For the price they were no better than much much less expensive sandals.

I loved the style and comfort but the heels protruded out too far and made the shoes look like my oot was too small. Heel didn't cup the shoe.

These shoes look pretty online, but they are very unattractive in person. The leather is stiff, and they fell off my feet. Since I wore them, I can't send them back, but I also bought a white pair at the same time, and I haven't wore them yet. I'm returning them.

This is my first pair of SAS shoes and having diabetic neuropathy, I have finally found a pair of shoes that are like standing on marshmallows I must say. But being a flip flop kind of gal I went for these and the are the slipperiest shoes ever and the way that the buckle is at the part that goes through your toes, I have now some serious callouses on my toes up there and I literally have walked out of these shoes and almost fallen, numerous times. For standing, they are great but that buckle could be eliminated, like it is in the men's version and it would help.

It doesn't come in 12 slim so I tried it in size 12 narrow. It was much too wide and gave me no support. It even looks too wide.

These have to be knock offs! They didn't have the cushion that my other shoes just like them, and they are way too big. They aren't the sandals I know SAS can produce.

I love my SAS Duo. This is my second pair. The fit is always right. You can wear them straight out of the box with no "break-in" time needed.

So disappointed with these! Zero arch support. My legs back knees and feet instantly hurt when I put these on. All the pressure from my body weight was hitting the front part of my foot. I expect more from SAS.
