I had to send these back because of a bunion on my right foot. This bunion is a painful one and therefor, in spite of it being the right size, having moderate arch support, it still did not work with my bunion. I may not be able ro wear sandals anymore.

No sandals are working for me this year due to a painful bunion. I have tried the best of the best.

I wear 9 N in front and S in the heel and these shoes stayed on my feet-also I could tighten them to my liking. I wish they were dressier but I got all black and no one will really notice. It is very hard to find really nice shoes for those of us with skinny feet.

If you have bunions or arthritic pain where the bunion is, this sandal is not for you. Other than that, it’s a comfortable sandal.

Loved the cushion. Decent arch support and ankle strap fit high arch. However my feet are a little width but often fit in regular width sandals. These were too narrow for me. If wide gets back in stock I’d try it.

I like these sandals, but they rub the scar on my foot from surgery. They fit well and if I just stand in them, they look great. Loosening the strap doesn't relieve the rubbing, so they were returned.

Buckle on one side of one shoe digs into top of foot.
Insole not as padded as I would like. Can
Wear part of day, but not all day.

The shoe is comfortable and gives support but not as much support as I expected for the price. Also, whoever does the marketing for this shoe gets an A+. The appearance looks better in the picture than in person. The toe is very rounded. It took a couple of days for me to get used to the "clown shoe" appearance. I still give it a four star.

This shoe runs on the smaller side, order 1/2 size up. Very comfortable und cushiony sole, tan is a beautiful color. However, the sole does make it look very old fashion. This shoe is for you if you look for comfort first, if you want comfort and style, this is not it.

These are the first shoes I have been able to wear in years, due to medical problems in my ankles and feet. They are wonderful, comfortable to wear , except for the narrow short straps. Had to have an extra hole punctured but the ankle strap still cuts into my flesh. Are there any shoes that are made with the extra wide straps that are still dressy?

For a sandal, these shoes have great support. I knew they wouldn't be high style, but I found them even more grandmotherly in person than they appeared on screen. Fabulous for comfort, not for style.

I usually buy the style Huarche but they were out of stock. Unfortunately for me, the top buckle on this one hits my big toe in the wrong place and just walking around the house for a minute made my toe red and sore. I had to return them.

This was a cute shoe and very comfortable. However, the 9 N was a little bit too short. I usually wear a 9. Consequently, I returned the shoes. Thank you, Zappos!

Wanted comfortable sandals for upcoming trip to Spain. Ordered these in narrow 8 from ZAPPO but too short. So happy I could find them at SAS in 8.5. They really are narrow as advertised and fit great. The sole feels like it will be pretty comfortable for walking. Wish the heel strap closed with Velcro rather than teeny tiny buckles. (That's why 4 rather than 5*). Trying to break them in before I depart.

I received these sandals yesterday and I really liked the look of them. I don't think they are to old ladyish although I am a 65 year "old lady".
Sadly they did not fit me correctly. My normal size is 8 - 8 1/2 in a sandal and a 9 in a sneaker. I have duck shaped feet. Although my feet are fat my big toes tip upward and on one foot my toes spread out. I ordered this in an 8 1/2 WW and on my longer/wider foot the toes went absolutely to the end of the shoe and the big toe was peeking over the side. My smaller foot fit better because the toes don't spread so much in that one. So, I would say these run about a 1/2 size short. The WW width was plenty wide for me. Actually a touch wide on my smaller foot but about perfect for my wider foot.
The insole was very soft and even the inside of the straps were lined with a soft material. Very comfortable. The arch was a little lacking for me. One foot was ok but my smaller foot has a higher arch because it doesn't spread out and I would have wanted a little more arch support. Others have said these were like walking on pillows and I didn't feel that. Yes they were comfortable but not plush in my opinion. One other thing for me and this is just personal choice. I don't like buckles on shoes because I get tired of buckling and unbuckling. I prefer a good velcro closure on the ankle strap.
I wish they had fit better because they are pretty cute. I am trying to decide if I want to reorder and try a half size bigger or even jump a whole size bigger.

It is so nice to find WW shoes in a small size; these fit great. The look is really nice and I love the denim blue color. They are comfortable out of the box but I’ve only worn them one day. Those who prefer shoes with arch support may wish to look elsewhere; no discernible arch support at least for my foot (I have a higher arch and high instep). This is not an issue for me, however, so I’m happy with them.

These are my first SAS shoes. The color is as shown and the style is nice, neither dowdy nor "on trend". The Narrow is narrow, especially at the toe. But that's OK because I have narrow feet. I returned these for the next half-size up as they were a bit short. The next size up fits perfectly. Haven't worn them out yet, so can't comment on how they work when walking around in them all day but I'm optimistic.

I bought these some time ago & see they are still available in a variety of colors. They are barely narrow enough for narrow feet, and have NO arch support whatsoever. They feel quite flat. For a brand famous for support, their sandals are sure lacking.

I love the SAS sandals ... and the only problem I have with these shoes is there is a buckle on the front top of the shoe and it has been applied with a 'staple' like attachment which cuts into my 4th toe and was very painful. I took them to a shoe shop and they placed a pad to cover it underneath and then I loosened the front buckle and with that, they are okay. I do not understand how SAS does not notice this flaw. Only 4 toes show .. I'm okay with that

I find it hard to find sandals and shoes that DON'T have Velcro closures. I prefer buckles. I also find it hard to find sandals and shoes that don't have manmade uppers. I prefer genuine leather and suede. SAS offers the best variety of what I am looking for. But I am returning the SAS DUO sandal because it fits everywhere except in the toe area which is too narrow and pinches my little toes. Thank you Zappos for the wonderful service.

The extra wide width, WW is only a D width in this shoe and normally WW = EE. They were not nearly wide enough to accommodate my bunions. Otherwise they seemed fine, but not amazing. The footbed was very soft and cushiony which was nice, but otherwise they were just ok in quality and style for the price and not good at all in the fit. For someone without problem feet they would probably be great, but I feel like if you don't have problem feet and need special sizes you could probably find similar shoes for about half the price.

I have purchased Duo Sandals for over 15 years. I have always found them to be the most comfortable shoe and never had a problem with them. I just purchased a Duo in natural color via the online store. The straps on these shoes are much shorter compared to the previous shoes I purchased, so I had to return them. What gives? Are they trying to save on materials now and cheapen the product? Very disappointed since I loved this shoe.

I will be returning these. LOVE the color because it is so versatile, but I have a bunion and the split in the inside strap hits totally wrong, makes a hole for the bunion to protrude through, calling attention to my bunion. Very sad. IF the strap was closed in across that part of foot, it would be perfect. these are light weight and the cusion of the sole is perfect.

I wore SAS through pregnancy years ago. They were comfortable and supportive. These days, I need comfort and support for arthritic knees. I have fairly high arches and a very wide foot. I bought these a half size longer (12) and WW width. They were a bit loose over the middle of my foot, and even though half-sz longer, they were narrow at the toes, so my toes felt like they were not sitting nicely on the sole. Quality still seemed decent. Price is very high for lack of arch support and overall comfort. I tried the Naot comfort sandal too, and were even smaller, but that’s another review!
