First pair was too small so I ordered a half size larger. This pair fit better, but for the price I expected them to be just...something better than meh. The leather was lovely, but the footbed just did nothing for me.

ME: 25.4cm long and 4.2cm wide feet. Wide toes, narrow heel, high arches. THE SHOE: 9 WW. FIT: Not long enough or wide enough for me. Runs narrow compared to other SAS shoes. I wear 9 in their sandals but clearly need a 9.5 in their closed toe shoes. MATERIAL: felt a little cheap and scratchy compared to their other shoes.

Fit small so had to return. Also wished the sole wasn’t so bright white as it dresses down the shoe that could otherwise be dressed up.

Loved the cushioning and the look, however they had rough places on the inside of the shoe so I had to return them

I was so looking forward to this shoe BUT it pinched in the toe box. Loved the perfect fit when I first tried it on but I almost had a blister wearing round the house. It definitely requires a hand to get it on with the elastic. I tried Narrow after the SS pinched but the toe box was the same. I didn't want to risk it.

I had to return them because they were a tad short. So disappointed. I loved the color, the soft leather and the style.

This is a follow up review. I ended up returning these shoes :( Once I decided to wear them around the house the support was just not there at all, and my toes kept bumping the end. I was excited about the style as an alternative to tennis shoes (they are so soft). (ordered 10 M and W and 11M and W).

Cute shoes but feel like they have no support. Surprised at the price given the support. Cute though.

Seems to be very few flat good shoes that come in narrow so I was excited to order these. Unfortunately, although comfortable, these shoes have almost no support, even with orthotics. Had to return.

I so wanted to like these. The leather was soft and pretty but for $140 there should have been an insole with an arch support. I should not have had to buy an expensive one to put in. It defeats the purpose the one made for it. Loved the fact that there was the option of purchasing a narrow.

I find I have to go at least a half-size larger in SAS, though it's really nice to find shoes that come in WW. Unfortunately zero arch support: about on par with walking in slippers. Cushy, but unsupportive.

The size was fine, the shoe was attractive, but there was no arch support and the shoe was very flat, which for me is not comfortable. Had to return.

I was disappointed in this shoe. Very little support for a pricey shoe. Leather was nice though. I normally wear a 7.5 but needed an 8 in this shoe.

Ordered a narrow for my narrow foot, but even so the shoe gapped all around the top except at the stretchy heel area. I also thought they looked like a $30 shoe, rather than one that costs $140. Back they went!

Not a shoe that I would recommend to use as a walking shoe as their is very little arch support. I usually wear an 8.5 AA which I originally ordered and had to return for a 9AA. The leather is super soft and the color spot on.

Not a good cushion

I got this same shoe in blue and it's the best thing--so comfortable, the perfect casual shoe. So, thought I'd get it in black. IT'S TERRIBLE! Ordered same size, but it's a half size shorter. Also, at the seam where the upper meets the side of the shoe it's very uncomfortable. The stitching is rough and the covering fabric rubs. So disappointed. They're going back in black.

Sadly, I am returning these very comfortable shoes. They felt like I was wearing pretty slippers. However, the "Canary Yellow" is more of a yellow-green tone than the warm yellow in the pictures online. I really wanted those cute yellow shoes for the summer.

I found shoes that finally y fit, but there is absolutely no support. I am on my feet all day. Im very disappointed

These are decently cute and it would depend on the person to make them frumpy vs. hip. They resemble a boat shoe without the tassels. The leather is so soft and these are very comfortable shoes which do not require breaking in. My ONLY issue with the comfort is that I did not feel any arch support. I've had similar issues with other brands so it might be my high arch rather than the shoe, but my feet pronated and looked pronated when I put these on. I ordered in purple, which were cute. I'm returning them only because I am looking for the PERFECT shoe and the lack of arch support combo'd with the borderline frumpiness was the kicker for me.

spend extra to find a cute shoe in WIDE width. When they arrived, My thought was "If this is wide I'd hate to see narrow!" If you have a wide foot don't bother. Defiantly not worth the price even if they were sized correctly. cheap materials and far from handmade! No wonder the SAS store closed in my area! Payless has better made shoes.I am a 56 yr old woman who does not complain all the time but when I feel ripped off I will scream it. By the time you send back its just not worth the effort Beside there was nowhere left to go. They would have to be a WWW to fit as this rate.

I want to love these shoes more than I do. The canary yellow is such a nice color for summer, and the leather is seriously soft. While they're comfortable, there's just something that's off about that. The heel feels really low, even with a foam cushi-heel insert. I've tried Toms that didn't feel so odd in the heel, as flat as they are. Actually, if I had worn them more inside, I probably would have sent them back.
