I always wear a 6W in SAS shoes, but these are still tight and leave my feet with a feeling of tingling pain and much discomfort.

I am very disappointed in the quality of these handmade SAS shoes! Navy HOPE Jeans. The workmanship does not match the price. The beige back of heal lining shows up on the back of the outside top edge of the shoe! This should be navy to match the leather, as in the black styles. Looks like a mistake-- very noticeable. Also, the heal does not fit snug on the back of my foot, which rubs up and down as I walk. I have worn SAS for many years, mainly because of the narrow width, comfort and long-lasting quality. This is NOT like other styles I have worn. I am returning for refund--full refund, and ask you not to charge a $10 restocking fee please. If these were not a poor fit, and not poorly made, I would not have returned them. Please see the deficiencies that I mentioned and redesign this style--I really loved the look of the shoe.

I bought a pair a while back, and they fit perfect, but sadly, the elastic around the shoe was too loose in the 2nd pair so I couldn't wear them. I really wanted a second pair before vacation because they are so comfortable. The soft leather and elastic allows me to slide my arthritic toes into the shoe without pain, and these shoes expand when my feet swell. The soft leather is so important when your feet swell.

I really wanted to love these I am a 7 WW and they did feel pretty close to the correct fit but the heel was loose so for this price they are going back.

Beautiful style. I ordered the blue pair and they are just perfect for jeans yet stylish enough to wear to work. Size 8.5W usually works for me, but based on reviews about this style being narrow, I ordered 8.5 WW that ended up being too wide and loose for me. I am recovering from the plantar fasciitis on my right heal, which I developed from wearing the wrong size winter boots, and it got a little aggravated when I tried to break in this pair.

The wide size was not wide enough for my foot. Also, it looks cute in the picture, but in person the little dangling decorative piece on top of the foot looks out of place. Seems like a good solid shoe though.

After exchanging a 9 for a 9.5 because the shoe runs small, I have not had a more comfortable shoe. I was able to wear the shoe an entire day, right out of the box. And did I tell you how much I love the color Webster Wine? Awesome change of pace from brown or black. Looks great with pants. I need a narrow shoe and still have some trouble finding shoes marked narrow that fit. These are PERFECT! As the saying goes, they fit like a glove . I highly recommend this shoe, just get it a half-size longer.

These are too tight. I wear a 6 wide and this is not a wide width. I'm going to have to try to stretch these shoes so that I can wear them without pain. This is the first pair of shoes I've ever had from SAS that wasn't wide enough when I ordered a wide width. Be careful if you have wide feet.

I bought these shoes for my mom for Mother's Day. They are stylish enough but they are labeled as double wide. They not wide at all. I had to return them.

I wanted to love these shoes; they are beautiful and perfect for professional settings. Based on other's reviews, I decided to order a half size larger in my regular width. I normally wear an 8M, so I ordered 8.5C. They fit but were just a tad narrower than I am accustomed to. Since they are suede I figured they would stretch over time. I have plantar fasciitis, so I was looking for of high quality shoes with an excellent insole and substantial arch & heel support. The insoles in these shoes have neither; in fact the insoles were surprisingly flimsy given the reputation of SAS--very disappointing. I considered ordering a pair of insoles from Superfeet, but I don't think these shoes would fit if I inserted substantial insoles. These shoes would work fine for someone who does not have any problems with their feet. I could have worn them 20 years ago with no problem. Unfortunately, I have to return them.

I have to rate it 1 star because the shoe was noticeably shorter than my other 71/2 N SAS shoes and wouldn't fit my foot. The lady on the phone at SAS told me she wears one size in most SAS shoes, another size in another SAS shoe, and still a 3rd size in a different SAS style. Having always worn 71/2 N in shoes I purchased, I find it very odd that SAS does not make sizes uniform in all styles of their shoes. What a mess for online shoppers when different shoes are sized differently.

I'm disappointed. I wear a wide width which is what I ordered. These are so tight I can't wear them. The toe box and overall width are very narrow.

I ordered a 6 wide and they were not a wide width. They are very tight in the toes. Also, there's a bump under the ball of each foot which is very painful when I try to walk in them. I bought them on sale so I can't return them but these shoes are defective. If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. I would like my money back. DO NOT BUY THESE!

While these looked cute, once I received them I was extremely disappointed. I realize that these are not support type shoes, but there is no cushioning in the foot bed. It's hard to believe that these are SAS shoes!

The second day of wearing these included air travel, so a lot of walking through airports. Big mistake. Before I'd even boarded the first plane I'd already applied four bandaids to my feet. By the time I made it home I had open blisters on four toes and the backs of both ankles. I've never spent this much on shoes in my life and I only did so in the hopes that they'd be far more comfortable than what I've worn in the past. Not the case. (Also, the front half of the shoes feel like they're angled instead of inline with the back half of the shoe.)
