I am great with it.

Very comfortable shoe. Since I can't wear heels anymore, this looks dressy for church and special occasions.

Bought on April Fool sale and can't return, so I will need to pad behind the heel in an attempt to keep shoe on my foot.

A bit too short; I'm always a 8 1/2 in SAS but not in this shoe. Very cute shoe though.

I love the look. They are super cute. They don't fit like my other SAS shoes. The heel is too big and the toe area too small. They aren't as comfortable as the other shoes.

I agree with the previous reviewer that the shoe is sized to small. I ordered a half size up and wide width, but it seems the toe box is much smaller and narrower than expected. The shoes are nice and of nice quality, however if I can't wear them, they won't be of much value to me. I just purchased a shoe stretcher in hopes that I am able to make them work for me. Here's hoping.

I really appreciated the comfort and support this shoe provided. I like how it stayed on my foot and that there was a velcro strap to help with that. I had been told it felt like a cloud and it really was that comfortable. However, my feet are an odd size and even though it fit in length wise and it didn't slip off my heel it pinched my toes on the side. I would say that is user error more that the shoe error.

Does not fit...I ordered two sizes too see which one worked and neither did. Worse I could not return for a credit because it was part of the eclipse sale. It seems that hidden in much smaller print at the bottom of email was the disclaimer about no returns. That was no eclipse sale!

I bought these shoes for my mom for Mother's Day. They are stylish enough but they are labeled as double wide. They not wide at all. I had to return them.

I ordered normal size, but these were too small, too tight, and not exchangeable or returnable.

I love these shoes but they are half a size too big. The sizes vary depending on what kind of shoe you buy. I purchased them using the size I use for sandals. I can't exchange them because I bought them on clearance. I called customer service three times. They won't work with me. I'm hoping the manager calls me back. I have been a SAS customer for more 15 years. I want to pay the fee to ship them back and restock them and get half a size smaller if they are still available. I just want to work with someone. It's common sense. So far I am discouraged. I just want shoes that fit.

So excited about the eclipse sale and finally able to afford dress shoes...but 3 of four did not fit and SAS said it was a no return policy. I checked my email and had to scroll down past the big "Shop Now" and go to the very bottom of the email where in small print it said "No Returns." Very misleading...

While these looked cute, once I received them I was extremely disappointed. I realize that these are not support type shoes, but there is no cushioning in the foot bed. It's hard to believe that these are SAS shoes!

I ordered this shoe in the same size that I have been ordering from SAS. Itis so narrow and the material so stiff that I could not even get it on. This shoe is a huge disappointment.

I had purchased this same model and size in other colors. These seem very tight for medium. I have and had other styles from SAS. I took them to a cobbler to stretch them. That seemed to help some. Still medium is still too tight. I thought about trying wide, but then the heal would be too loose. I may try 1/2 size bigger if I get another pair.
