I've been searching for a go-to favorite shoe since Keen discontinued my favorite style 2 years ago. I have a closet full of mistakes: shoes that felt good at first, but did not stand the test of time. I have mobility problems and bad knees, so most shoes just don't have the support and features I need.
I may have found the new 'perfect" shoe for me! I've been wearing them non-stop for 3 days, since opening the box. Thanks to Zappos for making it so easy to order and return! I have trouble going to local stores because I just can't walk far. With Zappos, my front porch is as far as I need to go!

I have an ankle that needs surgery, but life at this times doesn't allow for that to happen. I do wear a special brace and the SAS loafer offers MUCH BETTER SUPPORT than even a good brand of tennis shoe.

These shoes were just what I was looking for and glad I purchased them. The price is a stopper, but with Zappos no problem returns if you aren't 100% happy you return them with No Hassle! I tried a pair of heels not long ago, they didn't work for me, I logged on to my acct, printed a return label and off they went. Easy as that!! These fit me with total comfort right out of the box. I love them. Soft and supple with a great non slip sole.

Stable, soft leather, good support, excellent workmanship, pleasant looking. No break-in time required. Plenty of toe room, yet, the heel is narrow enough not to slip, which is a frequent problem for me, but, not in these shoes. My usual size is 7.5 M, and this is what I got in the Twin pair 7.5 M and they fit just right.

This shoe is one of the most comfortable and best fitting shoes I have ever owned! Easy to wear all day; fits my narrow foot very snugly, with and without socks. Plan to wear it on upcoming trips, knowing that it will be comfortable all day long and give good support.

I have painfully flat feet and wear special orthotics which fit well in these shoes because you can remove the insert which comes in the shoe. This pair will replace the pair I bought more than 5 years ago! I have other SAS shoes which also meet my needs (as mentioned) which are also long lasting, comfortable and supportive.
