Looked like old lady shoes and I am 73!!! I have SAS sandals so love the support but these were just not stylish

The shoe runs very small. I had ordered a size 7 wide but feels like a 6 1/2 regular.

I loved the shoe overall and the fit was great, except for the heel. When I took a step, both of the heels were not as narrow as the 12S Black Twin pair I purchased a while ago (from a shoe store). I felt like my foot would slip right out of the both shoes. I prefer not to use the stick on pads that I have tried in the past, as they always tend to come loose after a couple of times wearing them. It's just one of those things. My foot is very narrow. Thank for your wonderful service. It's always a pleasure to order from Zappo's.

Wow, I slipped these on and my feet were happy for a change! Such comfort and support! They're not as cute as some of the other brown loafers I've tried on but the comfort/support sold me!

These are the most comfortable dress shoe I have ever worn. I run a grocery store and am always on my feet/walking. I even walk the shopping center on my lunch breaks for extra steps and these shoes don’t miss a beat. They are true to size- I did get a ‘wide’ based off reviews that they run narrow and these are perfect. I’ve even bought a pair of casual tennis shoes from SAS since. Pricey, but worth every penny.

These shoes are very nice and felt true to size. I had a recent issue where my feet were swollen and I was not taking that into account when I purchased these so they ended up being too big, once the swelling in my feet went away.

Beautiful shoes but my bunions are rubbing on the seams. I’m hoping another SAS style will remedy that!

OMG YES!!!! This shoe is super comfortable from the moment you slip them on. These shoes are stylish and fashionable without looking like "old lady shoes." I bought both colors (black and chestnut). I hope they make them in Navy and other colors as well. I highly recommend this shoe and the SAS brand. Well worth the money.

Fit and size were terrific. I am so grateful to Zappos and SAS for carrying odd extended sizes. Nobody makes narrow shoes like SAS I just couldn't warm up to the color and will wait for the black to be bak in stock.

These shoes are unbelievably comfortable right out of the box! I love them! The heel doesn't slip off.

I was skeptical when I opened the box because the shoe did not look like a wide, but it fits fine with light sock. I usually order a 12 W but guessed from past experience with SAS that I should downsize a half size. Perfect.

For the first time ever, the Slim was too narrow. They're certainly not elegant, but comfortable and functional, so I'll order a narrow and see what happens.

Love SAS shoes! The Twin style feels like it was custom made for my old feet (long, skinny & flat). They even accommodate my custom made orthotics! Always wear 10 1/2 AA so my first order for this style is perfect!
