I am delighted with my purchase of SAS Dream. I opened the box and put on the shoes; they fit perfectly. The fabric on the top front gives the shoe a stylish look as well as the extra room for my toes. For many years I have purchased shoes at a local orthopedic store and had to be content with a salesperson showing me 2 or 3 brands only. It gave me very little choice. Often my WW size was not available. Then I discovered Zappo's. Now I have the luxury of seeing so many different brands and styles on their website. At first I was hesitant to buy shoes on line; but Zappo's makes it easy for me to try on the shoe at home and return it if it does not fit.
In the past 3 weeks I have purchased SAS Dream and Munro Traveler. I was delighted when I found them on the website. I did not know such beautiful "sensible" shoes existed. I am 88 years old and do not drive and have to depend on a relative or friend to drive me to the shoe store. Now I can take my time at home, try on the shoes, walk on the carpet a little, think about them and only after a long time, do I make a decision without feeling guilty that the person who drove me is anxious to leave the store because I am taking so much time or the salesperson will say "How do they feel?" before I have had time to stand and walk a bit.
What else do I like about purchasing shoes at Zappo's? I like reading the reviews of others to help me make my decision. I like the luxury of trying on the shoes in the privacy of my home that gives me the time I need to decide if the shoes really fit me. I like the quick delivery of the shoes to my home and the easy returns that are postage free. I especially like the fantastic customer service at Zappo's. And, I really like my Munro Travelers and my SAS Dream. Thank you everyone at Zappo's.

I work in retail on my feet for long periods of time on a hardwood surface. I have flat feet and a terribly painful bunion. I cannot wear any shoe that puts even the slightest amount of pressure on the top of my foot behind my big toe. There shoes are the only ones I've found that not only feel wonderful, but have lasted for almost 2 years. They are a bit orthopedic looking, but nothing comes close to the comfort they offer. I've tried Munro's which are much more stylish in my opinion, but these Sas Dreams are superior to stay on my feet all day in total comfort.

These are the best shoes I've bought in a long time. They are very comfortable. The arch support is excellent.
Very stylish.

I absolutely loved this shoe and was sad to have to return them. They are cute with a bit of shine and the snakeskin breaks up the shininess so they aren't super reflective. They are very comfortable with a cushioned insole. A nice little bit of height provided by the wedge sole. The width and length a slightly off for me, they run large and may be slightly narrow for those with a super wide foot. I usually wear a 7 1/2 W but the 7WW fit me. And here's the problem typical with most wide shoes; the heel/back of shoe is way too wide and my feet come out of the shoe in the back when walking. I tried heel guards, adding a pad inside the of the shoe front to push my foot backwards to no avail. Shoe manufacturers have yet to understand that many people with wide feet do not have wide heels. My foot and many of us with wide feet have a foot that tapers towards the heel. I return almost 70-80% of wide shoes that I order because of this. Happy though that Zappos returns are easy.

Of course, these shoes are very well made and very comfortable. I also think they are a very seventies-style platform wedge when you look at them with the eyes of hipsterdom.

Have two others of this shoe (in different colors). Both were 6.5 and fit well. The black, for some reason, ran large and I ordered down to a 6. Odd, but easy to deal with. I now have 3 pairs of these shoes because I want decent arch support and a slight lift in the heal to help with achilles tendinitis (it does help). For me, these are one of the most comfortable shoes I have. I could sleep in these.

These are wonderful shoes. You can't go wrong with SAS. They are the most comfortable shoes ever. Yes, for a retired person they are a little pricey, but in this case, you get what you pay for with this brand. I debated returning them. I literally had to choose the shoes that best went with the clothing styles I was taking on a trip. I chose another SAS style. I am hooked on this brand. If you are looking for comfort, look no further.

These shoes are beautifully made-- the leather is smooth and finished, with no rough edges. The raised heel is the perfect height and the arch support is substantial.
I am sorry to be returning them because the heels slip a lot when I walk, even though the fronts of the shoes fit perfectly. I've used the heel pads on other shoes in the past to prevent slipping, and they're never really satisfactory. If the heel were narrower, these shoes would be perfect.

These are the perfect shoes. The heel is a good height, there's arch support and the elastic keeps them from stretching out. The leather is soft enough so they don't need breaking in. I'm wearing a pair as I type this that were worn all over Ireland and Switzerland in 2017. And have been worn ever since.

Really the most comfortable SAS loafer! They're padded like a tennis shoe and are comfortable the minute you slip them on! I walk 10-12k steps a day at work with these. Wish SAS had more colors.

This is my go to shoe. I'm on my feet all day at office and walking about. I bought my first pair 3 years ago, at SAS shoe store in Toms River on my lunch hour when my feet were killing me with other store bought shoes I was wearing. I tried the "DREAM" shoe on and they felt GREAT; were so comfortable, they felt like I was in slippers. I purchased 3 pair, and wasn't concerned about the price. I left that SAS store and walked back to my office with the "black snake" pair on my feet as if I were walking barefoot. . Walking in these shoes was a "DREAM"...and so comfortable, especially since I have some foot issues with bunions. When this local, town shop closed, 3 years ago, I went on-line and purchased directly from SAS in San Antonio. Being able to purchase directly from the manufacturer was a blessing and a convenience. Now almost 4 years later, these shoes wear extremely well; a little wider from years of daily wear, but, still in good shape and wearable and comfortable. It's time to replace the black pairs and ecstatic that SAS is still producing the DREAM slip on in "snake" and other colors. I purchased the Navy, but, it was " too light blue," not a true dark navy to coincide with deep navy trousers for office wear or whatever wear, so I had to return to SAS. All in all, the DREAM Slip-On Loafers are a "DREAM" for my feet. At first I thought they looked "old lady" like, but, once on the style is classic and I continue to receive compliments when wearing this particular shoe.
Just ordered two more pairs, today. Hope the manufacturer has not changed any of the details and/or skimped on quality. Thank you.

I cannot tell you how many pair of black "walking" shoes I have tried on, bought and/or looked. Finally, I remembered what my doctor told me when she looked at my pointy toed, high heels. She told me to buy a pair of SAS shoes. I which I had heeded her advice years ago. These shoes are actually comfortable as soon as of the first wearing. I could walk in them with or without socks. I didn't feel like I was going to slip or wobble or that they were going to fall off. Bottom line...I love these shoes and will continue to buy your brand.

I have wide, flat feet and a Bunyan on the top of my foot that can’t tolerate any pressure. I work in retail on my feet for 9 hour shifts and this is the only shoe I’ve found that is comfortable, attractive, and actually helps my feet! Highly recommend.

Comfortable and stylish - win, win!! I generally wear either wide or double wide shoes. The wide in these were perfect with the variety of socks I will wear them with.

I liked the look of these shoes but the toe bed was too narrow for me. I do normally wear narrow shoes, and the back half of the shoes were OK, but the toe box was too squished. I sent them back.

Not the most stylish of shoes, but these are shoes you would buy for comfort. They are a bit narrow, but given they are leather, they will expand. The item that was most uncomfortable to me were the arches. These shoes have extremely high arches. If that is something you are looking for, then this is the shoe for you. However, for those that are not used to high arches, then you may want to look at something different.

Nice looking shoe but WAY too narrow for a WW width. I guess I'll scratch SAS off my ever shrinking list of wide width shoes.

After reading the reviews I was SO excited to receive this shoe. I’m a flight attendant working international flights so my days are VERY LONG. I thought this was THE shoe Ive been looking for. It has a very nice look. The leather is VERY soft, almost glove-like when putting it on but after trying them on and wearing them for a little while my feet started to hurt on the ball of my foot area which does not have the support the video or pictures depict. Sadly, the shoes are being returned.

SAS Dream was stylish but alas, the fit was way off....far narrower than I was expecting for the size. Curiously, it also felt "looser" in the saddle/ankle portion of the shoe, so much so that the minimal arch support really didn't help. I was really hoping for this to be "the one" as I have been looking for a navy shoe of this style for some time, but this one didn't fit the bill. Sending it back.
