I liked the shoe very much, but need a wider toe box.

These are my go-to casual closed toe shoe. The taupe goes well with just about any color. They’re comfortable, wide enough to give your toes just a bit of space.

Really love this design, however I have bunions and the side seams irritate them. I had to return.

SAS shoes are the only shoes my 86 year old wife can wear due to arthritis. We had been looking for the Roamer style in chestnut color for quite some time and were delighted that Zappos had them at a very reasonable price! We highly recommend this shoe and Zappo.

I wore them on an air travel trip the day these shoes arrived. The shoes are top quality full leather uppers and I have several colors of same style. The fit and comfort are awesome so I highly recommend these shoes.

This shoe was for my wife. She has fasciitis and the SAS Roamer is the only shoe that she finds comfortable. A doctor recommended the SAS Roamer and she purchased a brown pair locally. Because she found the brown pair so comfortable she wanted another pair so she can switch shoes every other day. When your shoes arrived (black) she immediately started wearing them and just like the brown pair has nothing but favorable comments regarding them.

Beautiful shoe. Just a little too narrow across the toe bed for my aging foot. Otherwise, fabulous.

Nice shoe, good support. True to size. Like that fact that SAS are made in Texas!

Bought these for my 93 year old mom -- they are great!! Seemed to run a little short so went up one size.

I ordered the 8.5 W (my normal size) Would be a perfect 5-star shoe if it fit across the vamp. So I then ordered the 8.5 WW - same problem...fit ok except for across the vamp. Very attractive shoe and has a nice feel to it. I just have a fat foot, so I still gave it 5 stars.

SAS shoes/sandals/sneakers are well made, extremely comfortable and worth the cost. My mom (88) wears these shoes and loves them. They are stylish and an upgrade of your typical maryjane. We ordered the 9 wide because she has arthritis and the wider width helps with her comfort.

Loved how soft these were on my sensitive feet but it was not roomy enough for my hammer toe.

I ordered the double wide and this was narrow. The problem is the footbed, which is narrower than the show top. The fit on the vamp, heel and toe was fine, but I could feel the bottom of the shoe coming through.

Despite that these shoes look like something my grandma would wear I love these shoes. I love that when I wear these after being on my feet all day, I have zero foot pain. It is like they were made just for my feet and are a gift from the shoe gods. I wear a 6W and I have noticeably different widths feet and these shoes really do the trick. I love that they are made in the USA and I have no problem spending a little more.

WE ORDERED THESE AFTER A FRUSTRATING SEARCH FOR MY 83 YR MUM, SHE HAS 8W "HOBBIT" FEET BUT WANTED A "SUMMER" SHOE INSTEAD OF HER SNEAKERS OR JUNGLE MOCS, OUT OF THE BOX SOFT FIT, EASY STYLE WITH SOME SUMMER CUTE, THE SILVER GREY LOOKS WELL WITH STRONG BRIGHT COLORS (ONLY OKAY WITH PASTELS), MATCHES HER BLACK LLBEAN COMFORT PANTS, ACCOMMODATES HER CROOKED TOES ISSUES, THEY ARE THE ONLY SHOES THAT SHE HAS WORN SINCE THEIR ARRIVAL, ONLY HESITATION, SMALL BUT DEFINITELY SOMETHING TO CONSIDER FOR ELDERLY FITS, SOLE IS SLICK AND NOT GRIPPY, GOOD ON A SOLID FLOOR, NOT SO GOOD ON A CARPET OR GRASS, SURPRISING FOR SUCH A WELL MADE AND ENDORSED BRAND, DEFINITELY KEEPING THE SHOES, CONSIDERING ADDING GRIPS,UNFORTUNATE IN AN ALMOST PERFECT AND WORTH THE COST PRODUCT.

These are not really as comfortable as I’d hoped. There is not much cushion in the insole. I ordered double wide and usually need only wide. The toe box is still a bit snug. I do like the style and decided to settle on these as it’s been so very difficult to find shoes for my wide feet with high arches. The very high price almost kept me from buying them.

The shoe felt too small, possibly because of the seam on around the forward part of the shoes. It did feel comfortable on my feet so I may try this shoe in a larger size and a slim width, but think I would only be able to wear it with pants, not a skirt or shorts.
