Not through anybody’s fault, the shoe is too shirt and tight. I have worn SAS Freetime forever, but the walking shoe is roomier than the loafer. I think I would need a size 12 and a wide in the loafer.

I wanted to love these shoes. They looked terrific but they didn't feel terrific and they were too expensive to just hope they might feel better eventually.

I wear a size 7 1/2 and should have ordered an 8 because the shoes are too small. I also ordered them in a wide width which feel like a regular width. I was expecting the shoes to be super comfortable, but they are anything but. If you buy them go up in size by a half size.

I really wanted to like these. I've been wanting to try SAS shoes for years! They are way too narrow, I have narrow feet and a medium was so tight. The toes are also too narrow. Very dissapointed.

I like the style of this loafer very much. I wear an ankle foot brace. Thew Wide was not wide enough to accomodate the brace. Reorered WW. I hope it fits. Very hard to get nice looking , classy shoes when your wear a brace. I am sick of sneakers.

I have been wearing 8 N for 10-12 yrs. they fit perfectly. I bought 3 pairs this time and they are falling off my feet. If I hadn't been so sure they would be perfect and thrown out the boxes, I would have sent them all back. I keep stuffing them with pads but nothing works. I'm not happy.

My first pair of SAS shoes was the Jewel loafer. I bought them back in 2016 and they were the most comfortable shoes I'd ever owned.They were chic and stylish enough for slacks, jeans,skirts, dresses and had a touch of bling as well. Fast forward to now, when I noticed they were beginning to look a little too worn I headed to SAS website to order another pair. They were discontinued... Went to the local SAS and try on the Metro slip on They didn't have my size. Tried on a similar shoe.It felt good in the store, so I went ahead and ordered the Metro loafer..Had them in matter of days,but,.they fit nothing like my old pair of Jewels. They not only hurt my feet,but, they are already looking 'worned' in less than a month? I can see the difference in the insoles, the Jewel had a thicker, sewed in insole. While the Metro has a very thin removable insole.
They don't fit as snug and don't seem to be holding their shape very well, either.I just got these shoes May 21,2019 and I am very, very disappointed...

I love the SAS Metro shoe and I have several pairs of the Metro style and colors. I was disappointed in the snake print because the right shoe length was so large it fell of my foot as I tried to walk in it. The shoe for the left foot was fine. I pulled out my other metro shoes and both the left and right shoe fit fine. I had ordered 7 narrow and I checked both shoes in the order and they were 7 narrow. I am very disappointed.

I ordered this shoe and the SAS twin shoe in the same size. The twin is very comfortable, and this shoe is too tight in the width. (I have bunions.) They would have never been comfortable. Too bad.

My husband bought it for me few months ago from SAS store in Round Rock. I worn it 3 times in my working place only because I stylish have to stand all day. But after the third, I just want to put it back to drawer, no more time. It hurted my feet too much so i can not stand or walk any more step.
It is really waste my budget, I can not return or change because I got lost my reciept

These are lovely shoes and they fit me nicely. It is difficult for me to find loafers and flats that fit me so well. I hate having to return these. BUT, the leather edge around the heels is very rough and scratchy! There is no way I can wear these shoes.

So disappointed! It’s a nice shoe but there was no way my 9.5 WW foot was going to fit into this same size shoe. The next size up would displace the arch so it would not work.

While these looked cute, once I received them I was extremely disappointed. I realize that these are not support type shoes, but there is no cushioning in the foot bed. It's hard to believe that these are SAS shoes!
